Steigenberger Hotel Hamburg recensioner

Jag undrar varför denna plats är 5-stjärnig 1. Frukost - Ingen kock, mycket få typer av mat och smaklös Yoghurt var utsökt. Massor av frukt, men inte 5-stjärnigt. 2. Information & Service - Nästan alla meddelanden är inte på engelska. Det är säkert att säga att det inte finns någon conciergeservice på tyska. 3. Faciliteter - Renligheten är bra. Det finns en stor katedral framför och utsikten över floden är bra, men det finns ingen bastu, pool eller åtminstone ett gym. Varför är det 5-stjärnigt? Jag bodde i Tyskland i 5 nätter, men det var det dyraste på 1,4 miljoner won för 4 rum, men det var det värsta. Slösa inte dina pengar, det finns många bra hotell runt omkring

a) check-in time 400pm, even when rooms are available, not willing to give out around noon. Have to repeatedly ask. b) computer system not flexible, if you have consecutive bookings, you have to check in multiple times, cannot ensure one can stay in the same room for multiple-consecutive bookings. Front desk is impatient /impolite in handling such requests. Inadequate front desk staff training. c) otherwise, hotel in a very convenient location, clean, tiny, well maintained rooms.

Excellent in all aspects.  Location is the best in Hamburg, together with services and breakfast.  Room is big and very clean.

Front desk is understaffed, queuing is needed for most of the time especially check in and check out peak. Service is good though. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice.

A good and clean hotel in a good location and access to the city center, metro and... Everything was fine except my room didn't have a good view, my key card didn't work with the elevator when I got back to the hotel the receptionist wasn't there and I had to use the stairs to get to my room on the 4th floor. The pool and sauna were disabled and I didn't see anything about it on the booking website (Of course I didn't look hard because it's a normal feature for a five-star hotel and I expected it to be clearly stated).

Nice hotel, good design. Clean. Considering to be Good Location. Nice people, good service at front office, bell captain. Good service in Restaurant, Room Service. But hotel only gives me soap and other bath equipments the first day. Later just put empty bottle of soap, empty bottle of shampoo on my bathroom.

Best hotel in town with the best service !

住得很舒服！！房間和床都很大，靠近市中心，交通非常方便，最喜歡的是可以投屏的電視 正好春節期間回到酒店就可以躺在房間看春晚。早餐也很豐盛（*¯︶¯*）美中不足的是桑拿和健身房都在非常偏的角落裡，很難找也沒什麼人。

Das Frühstück war Phänomenal. Das Zimmer sehr geräumig. Service sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder.

在酒店待了6晚，商務出差+順便旅遊。酒店總體來説挺好的。前台挺專業的也很友好，另外我看到前台確實有華人接待。 房間挺大的，而且很華住會😄，會有一種還在國內的感覺哈哈哈～設施和衞生都不錯，打掃也相當及時。 早餐也還算豐富，性價比算是相當可以了，不過週末人挺多的。 另外酒店的位置也相當好，走路到處女堤和教堂都很近。但不是在那種吵鬧的遊客區，附近餐館也不貴，走路5分鐘就有超市和DM～ 這次在德國的一週，我最好的體驗都在酒店了，真心推薦。
