KNAUS Campingpark Hamburg

The only positive thing absolut this camping was that the toilets and other common amenities were clean and the staff we met were great and easy going. Other than that, no thanks. Saw three HUGE rats next to our camping spot, it was very muddy and you hear the noise from autobahn all night. Costs more than way nicer camping sites a bit more south.

They charged me 26 euros more by mistake and i Saw it directly. They told me at the réception that it was impossible to refund me the money in cash or by card immediately because the main office have to do it. They told me that in a delay of one month maximum i will have my money back on my bank account which never happened. This is the final answer i got 2 months later from them : Dear Nicolas I send this request to our support system. Unfortunately, they think that they cannot refund you the money. I tried everything I could and I am deeply sorry I cannot give you another answer. Unfortunately, the support lady seems not interested in pleasing the customers… ☹ Sorry Best regards I let the readers of this post judge of these kind of practise. In my vocabulary that's stealing.
