Rum grundläggande. Men fin stor dusch. Konstigt att personalen både vid incheckning och avresa inte pratade engelska. Du bör förvänta dig det på ett internationellt hotell.

Väldigt ren. Frukosten är utsökt. Läget är bekvämt. Trevlig personal.

Ett mycket bra ställe att bo på. Jag rekommenderar det definitivt för alla

Bra nog. Priset i receptionen är mer kostnadseffektivt

Good hotel but not a great location

In diesem Hotel finden bei Mehrtägigen Aufenthalten nur Zimmerreinigungen nach Aufforderung statt. Find ich nervig und den Zimmern sieht man an, dass hierdurch seltener gereinigt wird. Kalkränder in den Duschen, Schimmel in den Silikonfugen und man findet mehr dreck im Zimmer, weil das Servicepersonal sich nicht mehr Zeit hat für die Reinigung als bei einer täglichen Reinigung.

沒拖鞋就有點無語，我深夜到的，問前台有沒有拖鞋洗漱用品哪裡買她説旁邊有店，我説現在還開着嗎，她説是的，我頂着冷風下雨出門後看到根本沒有一問別人老早關了，回來問她她給我睜着無辜的大眼睛一句話都不説賊無語

밤에 도착했는데 직원 없어서 한참 기다렸고 직원도 숙박료 모두 지불했는데 다시 지불하라고 요구해서 트립닷컴에 연락하니 그제서야 다 지불됬다며....몰랐다는데 진짜 몰랐을까 싶다ㅠㅠ위치도 살짝 위험한 동네처럼 보였다.

舒適乾淨 交通不便

We got in at 2am. I tried getting attention at reception but no one was there. I put 2€ in the vending machine an it ate my money. I went to reception 3 times and asked ‘hello’. I was met by the night manager that said ‘shut up, you don’t need to yell’

Premier Inn places a lot of emphasis on ensuring their guests sleep well. In the reception and rooms, you'll find pictures themed around sleep. The beds are comfortable, there are blackout curtains, and the rooms are reasonably soundproofed. So yes, Premier Inn, we actually slept well. By the way, the wifi works fine, as does the rest of the minimalist setup. The hotel may not feel particularly cozy, and the staff at reception are more professional than particularly warm – but if all you're looking for is a good night’s sleep, reliable wifi, and an efficient morning shower, Premier Inn delivers. This branch is located a 1.4 km walk from the city’s central station.

This hotel is easy to get to on public transport from both the airport and the main station. The staff are very helpful and friendly and quickly sorted a room change from a double to a twin. The rooms are spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom had a walk in shower but no bath. We had an inside room that was very quiet. The hotel does have a restaurant for breakfast but we didn’t use it.

My 2 youngest children came out with my wife to visit me. The youngest of them is 6yo autistic non verbal and is still in nappies. From the very minute we checked in it was made clear that my son was being judged by the members of staff, in particular cleaners and the staff that organised breakfast. This was added by the bigoted guests who were staying here who thought it was acceptable to stare at my son and pass comment whilst he's having breakfast. My german is limited but one particular guest referred to my son as the german equivalent of a retard. Premier inn have ALWAYS made us feel welcome inclusive and not afraid but Premier inn Hamburg City Klostertor has totally done the opposite. Everyone at that pit of a hotel should be ashamed of themselves. I hope people read this and think twice before booking here
