Quality Inn

We stayed the night here and the place was clean, quiet and the staff was very helpful. We couldn’t fit our truck and boat trailer but they had a gravel space next to the parking lot we were able to use. The gentleman taking care of the breakfast bar was professional and delightful to talk to. Breakfast had some great choices. Would stay again if in the area.

Extremely rude staff, check in was the most obnoxious process I have ever seen..I travel for a living and this place is absurd. They would not let me use chip reader on counter..took my credit card and typed in all the info manually..this is not safe and leaves guests prone to fraud..read all the negative reviews about unauthorized charges, I contacted corporate and they told me this location is under investigation..multiple serious complaints re CC fraud. Rooms are very bare, beds are not queen size, uncomfortable, tv was small and only had 20 basic channels, dead bolt on door did not work, exterior door lock was missing so anyone can walk in..there are very few amenities nearby. Staff was the most obnoxious i have ever dealt with..corporate said she was even rude to them. Wow! Avoid this place like the place...their check in process is worse than a colonoscopy. Terrible! I had to put a security hold on my card due to fraud concerns.

Please do not use this hotel!! My husband made a reservation for me and dad. My 89 year old dad and I were asked to leave the hotel. We were not allowed to stay due to my husband not being with us. I provided confirmation information and a military ID with his information. Brendon, who worked the desk, refused to help my transfer the room into my name. He also spoke with my husband on my phone and still refused to let my have the room. For one hour I asked him to help me, show me how to transfer the room and he continually refused. I asked for a manager and was told there was not one on site. I asked for him to call and help me with the issue. He refused. Bottom line...after speaking with another quality inn worker in another city, was told that all Brendon had to do was call my husband, confirm it was me, and for me to provide ID and could have changed the information himself in the computer. This hotel charged me for the room. And they continue to refuse to reimburse me.

The place was extremely clean had a king room also had comfortable chair for watching TV, the staff were very pleasant to deal with,the breakfast was the standard choice hotel far. The only real complaint might be lack of verity with the channels on the TV no ( DIY or HGTV or Hallmark/ Great American Television.

Don't stay here. They would not allow my husband to check in after I had an emergency & was not able to be there. Yes the room was in my name so I offered to text him a pic of my ID but that wasnt good enough. The room was already paid for & was non refundable. Bad treatment in a stressful emergency situation for us. He had to sleep in the car because there were no other rooms available(small town Alabama). I know rules are rules but in some situations they could have been understanding.

This is shitts creek! The web site lies! No breakfast, no shampoo did have soap, beds are small, and the SMELL WAS SO MUSTY!! we paid $166.54. Should not have stayed. I picked this hotel from its web site, my mistake, this was the low point on our travels.
