Holiday Room in Chartwell

華人房東，溝通方便。房間太小了，而且沒有獨立衞生間，不太方便。公共廚房廚具還是蠻齊全的，但因與他人共用，我們就沒煮飯了

We had a great stay, very comfortable..would have liked to have more personal feel to the house, the rooms need mirrors for the girls to use and mybe a few plants around..and a bowl of the beautiful oranges growing on the trees at the back in the kitchen..just saying..will definatly reccomend the house. Its in a great location and very near huge shopping center and cinemas..Thank you!🙂

What a great little place to put your head down for a night! Really cost effective and I was pleasantly surprised. I was a little worried about what I’d gotten myself into because of the price, but I needn’t have because it was great. Vivian was very good with her communication and I had everything I needed. The only thing that made it not so great would be that people arrived late into the night and my bedroom wall was next to the bathroom. Those people then proceeded to walk around in their shoes on the wooden floors of the bathroom, taking showers and weren’t quiet about their movements and door closing all through the night. It would be good to see the 9pm check in rule enforced. These issues are pretty much out of control of the host and as such, are completely understandable so as long as you take a pair of earbuds you really couldn’t do much better for such a great price. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities, nice white towels and linen, modern bathroom and toilets. The WiFi was very easy to join and entry to the house and room was very effective and simple to use as indicated by the simple instructions forwarded by text. I would recommend this property and I'd stay again.

The deck is a bit high(30cm) and need a step as it is difficult for elderly people to get to the doors into the house

Simple and easy. The location was quiet and if you're looking for some basic accommodation, it's well worth trying. I stayed for two nights without concerns.

Never met hostess - communication only by phone. No lounge or tvs. I had queen bed but only one chair i might stay there again but probably go motel. Was okay for price.

Not happy theres no refund policy. After driving for few hours. Upon arrival the yard @ the back had alot of rubbish leaning on the shed very untidy, very dangerous. Then checking in, first bathroom shower box was very dirty, then settling in the room to relax&get into bed, a crockroch crawls along the wall disgusting. Not the best feeling at all. Waking up in the morning the blinds wouldn't go up very stiff from my bedroom&the main bathroom. Bad experince. Very poor standard. I would not recomend this property to anyone. Unsaficifed customer.
