Other than the rooms being on the tired side, I couldn’t fault my stay. The entertainment team are amazing and the staff are all very friendly. Would recommend upgrading to All Inclusive - definitely worth the extra money, and you can do it when you arrive.

Arrived around 23.00 , huge lack of information, arrived to room on 4th floor via a lift , to which only 2 lifts , very small and hot . Room was nice , flat screen TV, BBC news , telephone by bed , dial 99 to speak to reception, it doesn't tell you that, I had to ask when I was in reception the next day . Digital safe , hair dryer , fridge but its not filled . On arrival , no water in room , so had to go down to bar to get a drink and pick up bottle of water. No food after 21.00 , disappointed as its a long day travelling . Beach/pool towels , you have to pay a deposit of £5 or Dinars, Dinars hard to get , hotel offer a bus, free of charge to bank to get exchange but bank charge you 10 Dinars to change your money , when you return your towel , they give you Dinars , no good when your leaving , we left the money for our room maid. Beach isn't cleaned , 10 days and not saw any cleaning , sand is not raked , lots of cigarette ends etc , sun bed guy works hard , earns loads on tips Hotel next door , will exchange money , its convenient and fair exchange rate , walk out front of hotel and Steinurburg hotel is on left , security guys will walk you to reception ., they are really friendly, we stay in that hotel last year and much nicer than this hotel but dearer . Bring your own cup for pool /beach , otherwise your get a silly small size paper cup . See pic of glass ,next to small paper cup , that's how small they are . We used our cups at breakfast too . Drinks can only get cocktails in the reception bar, but trust me , they aren't cocktails . Beach bar is very small and basic . Eating , breakfast area very small , one chef does eggs and omelette, one does pancakes , got to turn up at right time to avoid queues . Afternoon , seasonal time , BBQ by beach is open , convenient, so don't have to go up to the main restaurant for lunch . Snacks after lunch , pancakes , doughnuts , ice cream , snack bar , burgers , salads, etc , are very basic, small but enough . Dinner , well, this takes it to the part we hated and will never come back . You have to choose a sitting time and that's your time , throughout your holiday , 18.30 to 19.30 or 20.00 to 21.00 , it's very loud , bright , it's not relaxing at all , it's actually feels awful , ramming food down you in an hour , as your table has someone else getting on after, of you book late sitting , they close doors up at 21.00 , just odd few people still eat but I feels very uncomfortable . You can eat in Al lacarte once for free in the Penache , it's peaceful, its fairly rushed too , choose your food , when you make your booking We paid to eat in Chinese too , £15 , expensive but needed to get away from the buffet , have to choose food when you book it too . Staff were all lovely , food does taste OK , fight the flies though . Entertainment team are the best we've experienced, very helpful if you want to know anything . Hotel obviously push them to sell bingo , T shirts etc . The shows are go

The entertainment team are fantastic and create a good vibe for the hotel, the activities are excellent! Transfer from the airport was about 45 mins, not too bad and staff nice upon arrival, although they don't tell you anything about how the hotel operates or what is on offer when you check in. Nice hotel, good food, lovely beach, the shows at night are decent and staff are very keen to get you involved. We had great weather on our stay! Rooms nice, beds are well suited to me and a good size for us both.

Everything about the hotel was great. The entertainment team, bar staff,and the people in general made our holiday worthwhile will certai ly be back.we have met some great people in this hotel.,all the animation team did a show on most nights

It's not my first time in hotel phenicia with my family not this time, I decide to come alone to have a chilled holiday and relax from all the stress Please hotel is incredible, amazing very very kind stuff they worked very hard with a very beautiful smile always A very amazing service People here. Make sure you get the best holiday ever. The staff make this hotel brilliant So the heated pool is really good always warm you can have a swim in the morning is the best time very quiet no kids and relaxing The food is amazing, very delicious a lot of choice, the breakfast in the morning English Tunisian everything I will definitely come back to entertainment team made our holiday. A lot of things going on shows entertainment in the morning around the pool activities music so fun

Fantastic entertainment team, great pools, rooms need air-conditioning on as I have not slept a wink. Ridiculous this isn't on with 27 degrees heat. A bit of music after dinner in the reception area, whilst waiting for main show as it is too quiet. Loved all the daytime entertaient but evenings are too quiet.
