Service has been amazing, everyone wants to help you even with the little things! Food is a pretty damn good selection considering they are still in low season. Animation team are always ready to help with the little ones and have many of activities for you to do throughout your stay. We had our room upgraded on our third night due to an uncomfortable and slightly broken bed we went from a car park view to sea front view with a bigger room and balcony! The heated pool has been a bonus right in the middle of the hotel for hours of fun with our little ones! Every evening there has been entertainment of some sorts. Only real issue was no air conditioning in our first room and a pair of lady’s pants left on a Sun lounger for the last 3 days! Otherwise; great entertainment, beautiful pool, 3 mins to the beach and beach bar, heated pool, big main pool with water pool.

We loved this hotel, right on a beautiful sandy beach. We had a swim up room - stunning straight out onto a terrace with sun lounge to and patio furniture. A fridge stocked daily with soft drinks, beer and water. The food was good, staff lovely, we will definitely go back

What an amazing hotel. The staff are amazing and do everything to help including taking you on a guided tour with hotel staff to the city to help e sure your safe and to help you haggle. There is so much to do through the day, aerobics, dance, archery and so on. The entertainment staff are amazing. Bringing you performances they do there self while also organising the day. In particular Alina is amazing in making sure your comfortable and helping you get the most out of your experience

Brilliant experience. Everyone we have talked to has been so friendly. Anyone from the entertainment team, the reception staff, cleaning staff and everyone around the pool are absolutely brilliant. Even the medical care for when accidents happen, you get top notch help!

Customer Service/Check-in Desk: Check-in was OK. Our passports were taken – I guess to verify against the guest list ? This initially alarmed me but was promptly returned to us. So no issues here. (We paid the Tourist tax – or so I thought… more on this later) Reception area was large and airy and well lit. Score B Room: We had 2 rooms. Our room had no chairs in it. Which made things a bit awkward. The sheets didn’t at all look fresh and the towels barely went round my waist (I am just average size too). The carpet in the hallway could do with either a change or DEEP clean. The card holder (for power/electricity) for the other room fell apart on trying to insert the card. We called reception and an Engineer came to replace. We then discovered that the bath stop in our bathroom was stuck as such no showers could be had until that was unblocked as well. So much for quality and cleanliness control. The basins in both bathrooms looked like the could do with a deeper clean too. Found a roach in the other room on the second night too but, I guess that is expected due to the hot climate. Oh and I forgot the in-room fridge in the other room as well – Looked like it had been recycled from the nearest skip. Good things – the shower – easy controls and hot/cold water as needed. The A/C was cool for once! Although it did get a little warmer during the night. No kettle and no Iron in the room… so no hot drinks pretty much – apart from going to reception/lounge area. Score D Food/Dining: Strange one - I cant say the food was bad. There was variety but, mostly unseasoned. By day 3 - I was seriously bloated and had some funny cramps – This I get when I eat food made with “reused” cooking oil. Also the waiters could barely wait for you to finish before clearing up! Sometimes with you still eating!! Not a fan of the semi-alfresco breakfast – Sometimes the heat was just a bit much and having to constantly fight the flies ..grrrr…. Apart from the crepes and omelettes which were made fresh… everything was same-same. The juice from the machines was terribly sweet! Would have been nice to have the lemon drink options served in the reception area. Score C- Housekeeping: Poor.. No other words. I have already mentioned the state of the towels – What I didn’t mention was that we had to almost beg for them to be replaced daily. We did not have clean towels UNLESS we gave up the ones we had and sometimes they would take the ones we had – And leave us with nothing.. until we asked..repeatedly. There were some cushions on the bed – Which were left on the floor when the bed was changed. And then there was once when one of the beds was changed and the duvet was left on the bed with no duvet cover. I contacted reception after hours and the very nice attendant went away to find a duvet cover – really kind of him. Otherwise….Just Plain Poor. What a wonderful 11 nights our family had at this hotel . On arrival we were greeted by polite staff who took our luggage and passports to check us in whilst waiting we were given a drink of pressed lemon. We had booked two rooms with a garden view but we were kindly upgraded to pool view rooms which were amazing . We headed for lunch at the beach bbq which had a lot of choice . BBQ meats fish kebab pizza chips salad bar etc . Once you have your food you are given a table and the waiter will look after you the whole time with drinks . Once we had lunch we headed down to the beach . Plenty of loungers . Beautiful sea . Beach bar is also great . You will receive a drink in a cardboard cup which are quite small but if you bring your own staff will fill them up instead . Entertainment team were great . Came to pool and beach at 10 am . Lots on offer such as water polo French bowls archery aqua dance gym . This finished at 12 . They then come back around 3 ish and again for the entertainment at night . Skilla and ziggy really stood out . Incredible young boys who work really hard . I recommend the crazy train with this boys as it is great fun and only 15 pound per person . Main pool is great no fight for sun beds either . And there is also a second pool for adults which is very relaxing and also has a spa . I recommend the massages I had two whilst there and very reasonable price . Roughly 25 pound for 50 minutes. Breakfast had a large selection although I did miss my full English. Evening meal was great too with lots of selection . We chose the 8 o clock sitting as this worked better for us as you can get snacks during the day too . Such as crepes doughnuts and pizza . Rooms were fine , a little dated but clean. We had a fantastic holiday , the weather was also amazing . We will be back .
