Although there are more bad reviews than good for this Hotel, but because they had water slides, my family: A mother, daughter and her niece wanted to spend some time there for the little girl to have fun. They called them the day before to reserve and they said everything is ok, they have vacancies and they can come and complete the booking on-site. These are very simple people, and this is a very important experience for them. They took public transportation to get to the drop off station at Hammamet and then took a taxi to get to the hotel. It took them roughly about one and half hour in a 31 degrees heat. When they arrived at the hotel, the reception lady whom they spoke to on the phone took their identity cards and said come back in a couple of hours to make sure the room is ready. They did not invite them to just stay at the hotel reception until they ready the room. So they went out roaming around in the sun on a very hot day. When they came back in a couple of hours, they told them, sorry we don’t have any vacancies anymore. Because these are very simple people, they treated them with this level of cruelty and arrogance. I checked online for availability for the same exact room and they had plenty available. Not sure what you call this. How can you treat people this way. No wonder they have extremely poor review rating and most of it is related to the staff. If you are not ready to provide good service to a paying guest, i am not sure why you are still in business. I will not let go of this and I will complain to all possible authorities until you either correct your error or you receive a penalty for treating my family this way.
