Reception needs training on customer service. On my first day, there were 2 girls at the reception but no one greeted me. I took the initiative to say hello... same goes for the rest of my stay. They don't say hello or god morgen... they have no eye contact with customers coming through the reception. I checked in thursday, so on saturday i left the door sign to clean my room. When i came back, the bed was not made, the facial tissue in the bathroom was not replaced ( it was empty), and floor was not cleaned. The positive things about this hotel are: central location, good breakfast and 2 coffee machines at the lobby.
