Very good service, room is spacious and comfortable! The only downside, breakfast’s kinda limited, not much variety. Other than that, good stay!

A pleasant and comfortable stay at this lovely hotel. The decor and design of the hotel gives a unique and serene ambience. Service was excellent and staff were friendly and professional. Room is not big but clean and comfortable. The downside is that the room is quite stuffy even in winter cos it seems the hotel turned in the heating system. The hotel provides children’s slippers and toothbrush. There is also a free laundromat with ironing facilities which is really useful especially when travelling with young children. Breakfast variety was acceptable. Location is about 20min from city by car. Overall an excellent stay at this lovely hotel.

It was a great hotel . The room was so clean also the breakfast had lots of choices. The atmosphere and design of rooms were beautiful.

We had a wonderful experience spending time in Hangzhou, especially at this hotel. We rented a car, so the location didn't matter to us, but it was a 20-minute drive to West Lake. Next to the hotel, there's a Starbucks and a Domino's Pizza, which made our first night of stay pretty great. The breakfast had enough options to choose from, and the food was quite fresh. The front desk staff was very friendly and nice, and they answered our questions very patiently.

Had a great stay here, staff is incredible and you can ask them anything anytime on wechat and get a reply immediately. Room is very clean and they are not stingy with towels or amenities. Usually hotels have awful hairdryers, Mercure had a good one. It’s a small detail but appreciated. Will stay again in the future! 😁

It is ok for one night. The bar was closed at 9 pm. The breakfast was ok. Bedroom was excellent. The hotel is really big and busy.

overall the room is clean, and great service too. the hotel is about 10 mins away from the nearest mrt station.

Great hotel with excellent facilities, only let down would be that there are not many English speakers and breakfast is only ok. Otherwise, rooms are spacious, clean, and have all your requirements from large screen tv with plenty of channels to rainfall shower, bamboo toothbrush to bathrobe.

I really like this hotel. The rooms are large and quiet and very comfortable. The conditions are hygienic and immaculate. The front desk staff is always very helpful and even allowed me to do a late check out at 2 PM when I asked. The price of this hotel is also very reasonable for a five star experience. One thing to to note is there is not a lot of retail, restaurants or shopping within walking distance to the hotel so you’ll need to taxi or drive.
