a little hard to find the hostel although is near to Hangzhou railway but the staff was friendly

The hostel location is super great and convenient. Its only a few minutes walking distance from Hangzhou East Station. However, for the cleaneses perhaps the guests can do abitcontribution to clean what you mess it. In addition, the support from the boss surely nice. Also, to enlighten travelers, there is an enough amenities. Therefore i hope for next time the bed can have a little privacy like a curtain.

I stayed here for the 2nd time because of the excellent location. It's near to public transportation and food halls and shops. The owner is also a nice guy and can speak good English. When I arrived I saw that he just finished cleaning up the house and he did a good job with cleaning. But when I came back in the evening the room was all messy so it's not the owner's fault but the people staying that made the mess in the house.

This was a decent stay for a short 2 days stop in hangzhou. Transport wise you are not too far (15 mins walk) from the nearest subway. Most people staying here are chinese (long term). So, it isn't your hostel hostel vibe. And during my time no one spoke English but everyone was friendly and curious. And it being a seperate accomodation for men meant the washrooms etc weren't amusing at all (stench). Reminded me of my days in school (boys dorm). As with most of China, no jet spray (health faucet) in toilets. There is a Starbucks and may be a western burger chain very nearby. Locally i found luckin cafe to be a nice place for my morning coffee. Chinese breakfast available at the small restaurant downstairs. Right, and there's one shower and toilet per flat (meant to be shared amongst 10 men). This is just information. Nothing meant to negatively portray the place. Also, I think if you don't find the place up to your expectations, know that it isn't the owner's fault at all. Because it's more to do with the people staying there. With limited language skills I did find it complicated to get around. I did go walking in all directions and weren't many local/cheap eateries around except for the one downstairs. But plenty of mall restaurants and cafe/fast food set ups. Some may qualify as local eateries if it suits your budget. The owner/manager was helpful and came by on the day of check-in and stayed in touch over we chat when needed. I was given a disposable napkin/towel. And the RFID card for entry into the building. The bed was okay and I think I slept about fine. I couldn't figure out if it is a building with offices or residential flats with people staying in there. It's got a mix sort of vibe. Overall quite a decent stay (I just came back to sleep late in the night). I would recommend this place, given the location (transport) and prices. Short stay shouldnt be a problem at all. Again I reiterate, the owner is very helpful and clearly doing his best to accomodate you comfortably.

Good: near East railway, exit F turn tight ＜ 5 Min walk (cross a major road) Can improve: cleanliness. Dustbin was not cleared during my stay. Power socket is not available for every bunk bed. Note: This is not a typical hostel, but different apartments in different blocks.

This place was absolutely fantastic! Although I had some difficulty finding it because the phone number listed on Trip.com was invalid, the front desk in the lobby was helpful. The place was impeccably clean and conveniently situated near Hangzhou East Train Station, making it easy to get around. I highly recommend it to young travelers exploring Hangzhou, but I suggest having at least basic proficiency in Chinese. If I were to return, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great stay , a little difficult to find the location but the inside is nice especially the amenities 。

Was a nice stay. Central, the owner is friendly, many free toiletries and amenities, calm and long sleep. I liked it and would definitely come back.

It was super good, it is well located near the seas Railway station and to the metro that gets you anywhere, the host is super considerate and helps you with anything you need (he also talks in English)

This hostel has good location (7 min on foot to East Railway station , 15 min by car to a bus which takes you to Wuzhen water city). There are many shops and restaurants around the area.

Wonderful stay in a super convenient location for Hangzhou. It’s a quick walk to the subway and railway station. The roommates were all very considerate and I didn’t find it difficult at all for the shower time even when it was fully booked. You will have to wait your turn sometimes which is very normal for hostel type accommodation. 希望主人的生意越来越好 :)

Very nice clean bedroom however the bathroom was quite dirty and had a leaking shower so the floor was constantly just a puddle. On top of this there was only one bathroom in the whole place. That's one bathroom between more than 10 people which is ridiculous. I had to wait for the bathroom almost every time. Despite this the beds were really nice. Good cube beds with curtains and a comfy mattress. Overall a good hostel as long as you don't mind sharing one bathroom with so many people.

Staying here is very easy to access Hangzhou metro (East Railway Station). You can ride trains to visit several interesting places such as West Lake, Ancient Temple, etc easily. Beds look new and clean. Shared baht room is clean. Hostel is safe with a keycard. The owner is so friendly. Local and tasty food can be found everywhere. 👍
