I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this bnb! The location is perfect, just a short distance from the Hangzhou Botanical Garden, making it a peaceful and scenic spot. The room was impeccably clean, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. As someone who is very sensitive to noise, I slept like a log every single night! The host, the owner lady, was incredibly warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. When I caught a cold during my trip, she not only went out to buy medicine for me but also gave me extra supplies to help me recover. Her kindness and thoughtfulness were truly heartwarming. She upgraded my room without me asking! Despite the language barrier (I don’t speak Mandarin), she made every effort to communicate and ensure I had everything I needed. Her hospitality made my stay in Hangzhou truly delightful and memorable. The convenience of having a bus right outside the complex was also a huge plus, making it easy to explore the city. I cannot recommend this place enough! If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and welcoming place to stay in Hangzhou, this is it. Thank you so much to the host for making my trip so special—I will definitely be back! 😊

Everyone is so friendly. The hotel is always warm, welcoming and inviting to have other guests visit. I can’t believe I found this accommodation and they were so helpful with additional information or assistance. I recommend this hotel out of any hotel in the area. 10/10 service, 10/10 atmosphere and 10/10 location. It is near everything and has the nicest food and residents nearby. the hotel is in a famous area i guess. the room is ok with enough facilities and cleaniness. the neughborhood around is interesting to walk around. however we stayed at the 4th floor so it's quite tiring to climb up the floors.

Amazing location with good services, the front desk even helped us to carry our luggages into the room. Room is equipped with LCD projector, bath tub, hot water, and full glass window. Nice to stay in a cozy weather with your loved ones.

The owners are extremely helpful and friendly, but since I speak Chinese, I have no problem communicating with them. It’s only 2 mins walk to the bus stop outside. Since there are rooms available, they allowed me to check in early, and they even upgraded my room too. They offered a very tasty hot orange juice as a welcome drink. The bed is nice, but the hanger is in a very odd position in front of the bed blocking the walkway. I keep hitting it. Anyway, it’s also near the West lake if you enjoy walking. There’s a nice coffee shop next to the homestay.

The hotel room was very nice. It had everything you need. The location was alright, you do need a taxi to go to a lot of locations. But that was fine by me! The service of the hotel is also very good. The people working there are very helpful and friendly. I had forgotten something and they helped me send it via the post to me! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

酒店房間設施完善，外部環境令人可以放鬆享受悠閒假期。老闆和員工的態度友善親切，令你感到格外溫暖。地點適中，可步行至岳王廟和其他西湖景區。也鄰近淅江大學，附近食肆商鋪林立，非常方便飲食購物。步行若15分鐘便到達地鐵站（杭州地鐵四通八達，若時間充裕，可不call車）。

完全超預期的民宿 設施，衞生，環境，服務都很棒 去的當天晚上比較晚，還下很大的雨，到民宿把東西放好之後老闆就送了兩杯熱橙汁，很貼心 周邊的環境很好，房間也很乾凈，晚上沒有任何噪音，很安靜，聽着雨聲入睡，簡直太舒服了 已經看上了二樓有露台的房間，下次還來😊

位於杭州市西湖區蘭家灣2號，地處青芝塢慢生活區，周邊交通地鐵非常方便。與西湖咫尺相伴，周邊景點眾多，距離蘇堤、白堤斷橋、孤山公園、麴院風荷等景點都很近。老闆還給免費升級房間，室內佈置簡潔而精緻，民宿南北兩邊是浙江大學和植物園，空氣清新，環境宜人。房間設計獨具匠心，均配有舒適床品和現代化設施，還有高清投影儀、大浴缸等，此外，民宿還設有咖啡吧、後院等休閑區域。工作人員熱情周到，會幫忙拿行李，提供周邊遊玩攻略、行李寄存服務，很好的入住體驗。

春節假期，我和家人預訂了西湖邊的這家民宿，體驗堪稱完美，必須來好好誇誇！ 先説位置，簡直絕了！民宿就在西湖景區內，旁邊是浙大，植物園，去西湖就1公里。西湖的湖光山色盡收眼底。尤其是清晨，薄霧籠罩下的西湖宛如一幅淡雅的水墨畫，美得讓人窒息，那種親近自然的感覺太棒了。過年期間，西湖邊張燈結綵，年味十足，我們一家人在湖邊賞景、拍照，度過了許多温馨的時光。 走進民宿內部，整體裝修風格獨具匠心，既有江南水鄉的温婉韻味，又不失現代的舒適與便捷。房間佈置得温馨又雅緻，傢俱和裝飾品都很有質感。床鋪柔軟舒適，睡上去就像被雲朵包圍，每天都能美美地睡個好覺。衞生間乾淨整潔，洗漱用品品質上乘，用起來很舒服。 服務方面，民宿的工作人員熱情又貼心。從預訂開始，他們就耐心地解答我的各種問題，還提供了詳細的遊玩攻略。到店後，不僅幫忙提行李，還貼心地送上了歡迎水果和特色小吃。過年期間，還為我們準備了充滿年味的活動，比如寫春聯、包餃子，讓我們感受到了濃濃的節日氛圍。 民宿的零食也有很多，小麪包蝦條等，糖果也有好多種，小朋友非常喜歡。附近早餐也很方便，既有當地特色的小吃，如葱包檜、定勝糕，又有西式的麪包、牛奶，營養搭配均衡。我們一家人圍坐在一起享用早餐，開啟元氣滿滿的一天。 這次在西湖邊民宿的過年之旅，給我們留下了非常美好的回憶。無論是環境、設施、服務還是餐飲，都無可挑剔。強烈推薦給大家，以後來西湖，一定還會選擇這裏！

留學假期回國，因為她想吃我做的飯，兜兜轉轉選了這家，意外地可能是住過最好的民宿了。 地段是西湖和母校浙大邊上的別墅區，特別安靜，離黃龍地鐵口稍微有段距離，不過打車去銀泰、飛來峯、動物園之類的地方都特別近，也就十幾塊錢。 因為是23年開的設施都比較新，有一次性浴巾和毛巾，有洗衣機，熱水系統是空氣能的所以冬天要放久一點水。 還有老闆家的廚房比酒店房間的那種象徵性地有個電磁爐的高到不知哪裡去了，圖裡都是自己做的菜，吃爽叻。
