The front desk staff are super nice, e.g. Selia. They patiently answer the questions we have and also give some gifts to my kids during checking out. The room is spacious. FOC to providing bottle of water. Very near to the Metro (LRT) station.

stayed here twice and still love it! will be back when i visit hangzhou again 👍🏼

Room was spacious and clean. However, the corridor was constantly filled with cigarette smoke's smell.

We arrived at the hotel around 3-4 pm, but the room wasn't ready yet, even though check-in time was supposed to be 2 pm. Overall stay is fine. Staff is extremely polite and helpful.

Return to the hotel and was assigned room 1619. This time round there were no smart panel in the room. Room was also smaller. Went to the reception hoping to get back the previous room but was turned down and informed that upgrade was already done for my checkin. Depressing because there was no channels to watch in room except for the smart panel - XiaoDu Nevertheless best toilet for my trip to China this December, manual bidet with dry WC and wet showers in 2 separate cubicles. Supermarket nearby with pharmacy and the likes within stone throw away. Will definitely return

This hotel very recommended.. The service is excellent, all about Yilong (Elong) are excellent.. When our room is full, they upgrade our room.. The room is extraordinary..

Great hotel! Location is good as it has a subway station next to it and a store downstairs for easy shopping. The food in the hotel is good and clean! Lots of options! Friendly staff! Clean hotel! New

We really enjoy this hotel stayed. The staff name 小方 go all out to help us on the breakfast issue. Nice breakfast. We stayed in the family room which come with 2 toilets and 1 bath. The family room is big. The hotel free laundry service is a very plus points. Got 5 washing machines and 5 dryers and can monitor from room the status of the machines. Opposite the hotel there is a local market that we visited. Great experience to shop at the local market. Just take note the hotel is Elong(on the building)

Yi Long hotel did not have the room type I booked as they received a couple of additional bookings from tour groups. However, they went the extra mile and upgrade my booking to suite and the experience is excellent! The pictures do not do justice to the room ambience because the room is too big 😍 The bed is comfortable and the toilets are kept in tip top condition. Highly recommended for anyone to come and stay at this hotel if you are visiting Hangzhou 🥰🥰

The hotel is located exactly outside exit C North Jianguo Road Station (line 2 and 5). The room is spacious and it has smart toilet with bidet-so grateful for that! The breakfast is ok with options of rice, fried noodle, soup noodle, handmade dumpling, pastry, fruits, etc. It has a convenient store and a coffee shop (Timms) downstairs, while family mart is at the opposite of the road. Another good thing of the hotel: it has laundry room on 4th floor, with washer and dryer machines--you can use it free. Its not far from the Southern Song Imperial Street (3 stops but need to transfer) and also to West Lak Scenic Area Music Fountain/Hubin pedestrian street (if I am not mistaken, 4 stops, with transfer) I would love to stay at this hotel again if I come back to Hangzhou.

It's a very beautiful hotel, modern, spacious and friendly. I've never had electronic curtains or a heater for my towels. The views and breakfast are the best I've had in a hotel and makes it extra special is that it's very affordable!!
