Marinepoem Hotel (Fengqi Road) recensioner

Small room enough for a solo travellers. Had everything I needed, great location and food, supermarkets closed by, friendly and helpful receptions. Hotel under renovation and upgrade it seems when I was there but it doesn't impact my stay experience and I bet it would be much better when it finishes.

Good room size for this price. Shops and eateries just beside the hotel. The only downside is u have to carry ur luggage up a flight of stairs to take the lift

The hotel is easy to find and has all you needed: clean rooms, 24h reception, laundry, AC.

the staff was very friendly, we did not have a local number during our stay but they offered to help us ordered some food deliveries throughout our stay and recommended us local food to eat

Very clean and very good service. Given coffee discount vouchers. Provided with another room card when requested which is very convenient for us, as one is sleeping, another one want to go shopping. With free use of washing machine and dryer. Very convenient place, near to metro stations, West Lake, night market and eating places.

Only one washing machine is available, could be better if increase the number.

We booked two rooms without windows, but we weren't expecting to have them lower on the ground, it looked like staying in a bunker. Aside from this, the position is great because it's close to everything

it is a very good and clean hotel in china. clean as can be. near many shops such as coffee shops and different shops. many shops nearby.

Stayed in Single room. Not the most spacious but sufficient space for 1. Good service staff and decent location. 15 mins walk from Wulin area

Clean and cozy rooms with fashion furniture, friendly staff and good service. Convenient location in the downtown of Hangzhou city.

Enjoyed this stay at this little boutique hotel! ☺️ Room was facing main road so I was afraid it will be noisy, but once windows are closed it’s okay. Will stay here again if I come by Hangzhou next time!

First of all, the cleanliness of the hotel was worse than expected. The pillows still had lint on them. Also, the bed covers came off easily so it exposed the bare mattress. Secondly, the room had poor noise insulation. The road is still quite busy at night so there was honking all throughout the night. Moreover, we could hear water dropping somewhere but did not know where the source was. However, the location is quite good. Finally, toilet paper and hand soap was not provided during our stay.

Still consider clean but able to see stained of renovations. The staff doesn’t seems to be very friendly, making me feel uncomfortable. Also there’s a night where no electricity, there’s no apologies or compensation from them at all. And the room only provides two bottles of drinking water a day, we asked for an extra bottle but given and unfriendly attitude. Location wise is 10 minutes walking distance to the metro station. And there is no waiting area for the taxi which cause slightly inconvenience especially during raining.
