The rooms are clean, the facilities are good, the service is friendly, the check-in is fast and convenient, and it is suitable for living.

It was a good hotel. Location is good, hotel service is also good. It is close to west lake, 10 minutes by walking. There are also some restaurants around here.

Very well located, this hotel offers all you need! We had a large DB for 3 nights and it was just perfect to cover all our requirements! We’d Like to mention the friendliness and helpfullness of the Staff, in particular Xiao Rao at Reception ! We will come back!

My sisters and I enjoy our stay at Five-star Bay Hotel. We enjoy having 小度 adjusting the lights and aircon for us. As well as playing music and reporting the weather of the day. It is also fun to have the little robot to deliver our food orders to the room. It would have been more comfortable if the toilet comes with a bidet. The hotel's location is near hefang Street and a nice park. It is also near Xi Hu so it makes site seeing convenient. We also enjoyed exploring the area and found some interesting bars round the corner.

this location is super convenient and central to many key destinations. 5-10 min away from West Lake, 5-10 min away from Hefang Cultural Street, and 10-15 min away from Longxiang Shopping District. The janitorial staff has been super kind and cleans the hotel room (bed, bathroom, etc. daily), and the air conditioning is super comfortable especially after a long humid day walking in Hangzhou’s Shopping Districts. Very comfortable beds!! Highly recommended for the comfortable amenities and facilities 这个位置非常便利，处于许多重要目的地的中心位置。距离西湖5到10分钟路程，距离河坊文化街5到10分钟路程，距离龙翔购物区10到15分钟路程。保洁人员非常友善，每天都会打扫酒店房间（包括床铺、浴室等等），而且在杭州的购物区逛了漫长潮湿的一天后，这里的空调让人感觉格外舒适。很舒服的床子！ 这里的设施舒适宜人，强烈推荐入住。

Great stay near west lake! Easy walk to many shops and the beautiful parks near the lake. Helpful front desk and soft bed. I decided to stay here one more night.

Service is good. Room is clean, comfortable and lovely. Really appreciats the receptionists helping to make arrangements for me in my next accommodation in Shanghai as I do not have a local number. Only downside is that I was disturbed by my next door neighbour who has friends over and chatted until 1 am one night, another night, talking loudly on the phone in the early morning, affecting my sleep. My suggestion is for hotel to inform all guests to lower their volume from 11pm onwards so as to not disturb the rest of other guests.

Great stay, very convenient can order delivery with the robot sending it to your room. There is also a shopping mall near to the hotel.

We visited Hangzhou and stayed at this hotel from 17-19 April 2025. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The room was clean and came with all the necessary amenities. The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions such as Qinghefang Ancient Street, City God Pavilion, and the famous West Lake. Most importantly, the staff were very welcoming and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

Booked a two bed room with no windows. The cleanliness was great and amenities were good too. Zero complaints even if you were to ignore the low price. The location is pretty good to explore Hangzhou but travelling to Suzhou by yourself from here could be a nightmare. Taking the train takes about 1 hour to get to Hangzhou West railway station where most of the high speed rails will pass through Hangzhou.

The staff is very gentle and the hotel is beautiful . The position is the best for visiting Hangzhou’s places .

Quite big room. Location not too bad. Walking distance to tourist site.

Good and clean hotel with many eateries around. Near to West lake and other attractions. Only some smoke smell in the room that was quite unpleasant. Otherwise, it is comfortable
