The room is at 18 floor the view is ok, location is close to subway and can walk to city centre. Over all is ok.

Even the staff cannot communicate in English but they tried their best. The location is good near metro. They also provided snack and bottled water everyday. You can easily find Lawsan and local restaurants. The hotel is on the building that is hard to find, so you need to check other review to collect the photo of the building. From the price, I can say that I will be back to stay again when I go to Hangzhou.

Located near to zhonghe beilu subway station exit b1. It is inside a business building at 18th floor. The frontdesk young ladies is helpful. The wall is abit dirty. Also, aircon is noisy with cracking sound. But it is okay to turn off aircon since the weather quite cool , 14C at night. No much complaint for this price with good location near center.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect — close to MRT (metro)

The first room they put us in smelled horrendous! We got them to change our room, the next room smelled fine, although the bathroom fans in both rooms did not work. The room next door was smoking all night, and all their smoke came into our room through the bathroom vents. The staff piled towers of dirty sheets and towels on the floor right at the bottom of the stairs. Had to jump over the dirty sheets each time we went in or out of the hotel. The front desk staff were nice and the view of the second room was nice.

Finding someone available at the reception at Flower Field Zan Hotel is nearly impossible as it's often unstaffed. The rooms, while passable, have a distinctly cheap appearance and unfortunately, a persistent odor emanates from the toilets. It's advisable to keep the bathroom door closed and the extraction fan on to mitigate the smell. On a positive note, the beds are clean and comfortable, ensuring a decent night's sleep. The hotel's location near Kerry Center is advantageous, offering a variety of excellent options for Western food nearby. However, amenities such as toilet paper and tissues were notably absent from the room. Additionally, due to thin walls, noise can be a significant issue, potentially disrupting your stay. Overall, Flower Field Zan Hotel is a budget-friendly option with some drawbacks. Its proximity to Kerry Center and comfortable beds are highlights, but improvements in cleanliness and amenities are necessary for a more enjoyable stay.

I loved taking pictures from my room's window. Sunset and sunrise from the top floor looks really great

Clean and comfortable bed and shower, has basic amenities that is sufficient for a solo traveller and short stay. However they do not provide bottled water daily during housekeeping and when I asked at the front desk they said it was chargeable at additional cost, which is rare for a hotel in China. Location is near Wulin street and west lake.

The room is spacious enough for us. Near 2 subway station. Overall nice

The hotel is located at a residential/commercial building at the 18th floor. We encountered issues with the booked room such as broken windows and clogged toilet. However, they acted quick to change us to bigger room and addressed our complaints well. Kudos to the staff. On our last day, the lifts were not working. Overall, it's a place to stay to fit your budget.

Just 5 minutes walk from the train station and 2 stops to the West Lake.

It is at 18th floor and it looks converted to be a hotel recently. Room is small. Clean bedding. Staff are friendly. They upgraded my room from non-window to window room.tks

Its not bad. Not far from silk market and clothes wholesale market. Just biggest issue difficult to find, no signs about hotel around buildings. It took 1 hour to find. This hotel on 18th floor one of the buildings of that area.

Good service and easy access to public transportation. Stayed for several days and brought some big luggages, good thing that they have elevators. Good location as well, there are cute cafes and restaurants nearby (as seen on the picture). Thank you🙏🏻
