Common areas—a small lounge and communal kitchen—are basic yet well kept, perfect for whipping up a quick bowl of noodles or swapping tips with fellow travelers. Bottom line: unbeatable location, backpacker prices, and above‑average cleanliness. If you want to explore Hangzhou without draining your wallet, this hostel is an efficient, hassle‑free choice.

It was a really pleasant stay at this hotel, I can say safe, clean with high-level service to the customers. Whenever I needed something, they were willing to help me. Very close to subway and railway stations. If I come back, I will choose here again!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this capsule hotel! The compact space works perfectly for solo travelers - clean bedding, smart overhead storage for backpacks (though maybe challenging with large luggage 😅). Quick heads-up for improvement: 1️⃣ The mattress felt a bit too firm for my liking. A thicker one would be more comfortable 2️⃣ PLEASE check the shower floors! The slippery surface and yellowish stains nearly made me do an accidental split 😬 (ended up with a bruised elbow from bracing against the wall). A good scrub and non-slip mat would make the bathroom 100% safer! That said, loved the thoughtful touches like the hairdryer and generally clean facilities. With these tweaks, this capsule would be absolutely golden! ✨

This place is literally in some steps from metro station. But to find it was very difficult. There are 8 floors and you don't know where the hotel is. With the help of the staff on the 4rd floor we knew that the hotel takes place on the 8 floor. It's nice place, the staff is very kind. We left our backpacks there for the next day. View from window is not very beautiful

We stayed in the queen bedroom and found it to be clean and nice. The hostel is in a fantastic location, close to the subway and just a short distance from the West Lake. Although we didn’t use the lobby, it looked like a great spot for those wanting to relax and socialize. My only critique would be regarding the electrical outlets; there’s only one convenient option, and it wasn’t working reliably with some of our chargers. Overall, a great stay!

Hotel is located near a metro station. Most if not all attractions can be accessed by metro. That's convenient Hotel room is small. Guess that's the size one gets for the price range. Beds were clean and soft. Toilets had wet and dry partition. Hot shower with good pressure. A lifesaver during cold weather. The staff were helpful even though they did not speak English.

Great Location with a Cozy Atmosphere The location couldn’t be more convenient—just exit the train station, turn left, and the building is right there! There’s a FamilyMart on the ground floor, which is super handy. The reception is on the 7th floor, and the staff speaks English, making check-in smooth and easy. The hostel has a lively vibe, with a small bar and a pool table in the common area. We stayed in a private room with an ensuite bathroom. While the room was a bit small, it was comfortable, with air conditioning and windows that could be opened for fresh air. Getting around was a breeze—most attractions were just one train stop away, or even within walking distance. A great option for travelers looking for convenience and a social atmosphere!

Good for young travelers since this is youth hostel. The smoking smell leak in to our room, even though our room area is non smoking area. We spend 4 nights here and they are not clean the room everyday except you asking to. Sound proof is good. Bed is standard not quite comfort, when your partner move or turn around, you may wake up. Hot and cold water is not consistency when taking shower you must be careful, the water may too hot or too cold at anytime. Hahaha. In overall I am OK with the hotel during my stay.

Excellent location, nice hostel with socialising area and opportunity to play pool to meet other travellers. The staff speaks English and is very helpful.

Perfect location with connection line 1 metro , easy access to airport and all the tourist spot including west lake , wulin market Staff is super helpful and available 24 hour The only thing border me is toilet slightly dirty,with all the tissue on floor , and hair stucked in bathroom causing it to flood

love the location. Line 1 Ding'an metro exit E, with up and down escalator and round the corner. Hotel reception on the 8th floor. within walking distance to west lake and Qing He Fang street. lots of eateries near hotel too.
