Wonderful hostel! Very clean, smells fresh, and has a great vibe. The location is super convenient, definitely 5 stars.

Love this budget friendly design that offer privacy that comes with your very own air conditioning system built inside the room(which is a plus)

It is a nice place to stay, quadruple room has bathroom inside, which I prefer, because you only share with 4 people and don’t need to go through bright lights in the middle of the night to use toilet. Bed was cosy and comfortable, with everything you need inside, even towel hanger. Curtains really block light. Location is good, with metro and train station right around the corner, and you can easily rent bikes nearby with Alipay. Good convenience store downstairs. The only thing is that chinese girls are really messy with sinks and after one single use the place is a complete mess, as you can see on photos - it’s actually impossible for cleaning stuff to keep the place clean all the time if the guests don’t cooperate a little, but they just don’t care. The bathroom also has glass walls which don’t block view completely, so you can see the person’s silhouette sitting on toilet, which I find uncomfortable. But we were only in 2 in the room, so luckily not really bad. The common area is dark and not really comfortable to stay, smell a bit, but staff is nice and helpful (but no English), the offer space to storage luggage if you need. There’s water and tables to eat, and a big screen always with something going on (i had to dine with a disturbing movie going on, but I think it was just bad luck). It is a good place in general, i would recommend.

Place has cool lobby . Pool/billards , arcade machine wasn’t working . During check-in I had shared room (4 beds) and someone was throwing used cigarettes on the floor and toilet had urine everywhere . I immediately asked to change rooms. The employee switched me out promptly to a -room w/ 2 beds. and I could breathe easier- much better . Not sure how no one before didn’t complain. When I passed by the room again , i noticed the man dumped his ashes on the floor . How do people treat shared spaces like trash is beyond me.

Common areas—a small lounge and communal kitchen—are basic yet well kept, perfect for whipping up a quick bowl of noodles or swapping tips with fellow travelers. Bottom line: unbeatable location, backpacker prices, and above‑average cleanliness. If you want to explore Hangzhou without draining your wallet, this hostel is an efficient, hassle‑free choice.

It was a really pleasant stay at this hotel, I can say safe, clean with high-level service to the customers. Whenever I needed something, they were willing to help me. Very close to subway and railway stations. If I come back, I will choose here again!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this capsule hotel! The compact space works perfectly for solo travelers - clean bedding, smart overhead storage for backpacks (though maybe challenging with large luggage 😅). Quick heads-up for improvement: 1️⃣ The mattress felt a bit too firm for my liking. A thicker one would be more comfortable 2️⃣ PLEASE check the shower floors! The slippery surface and yellowish stains nearly made me do an accidental split 😬 (ended up with a bruised elbow from bracing against the wall). A good scrub and non-slip mat would make the bathroom 100% safer! That said, loved the thoughtful touches like the hairdryer and generally clean facilities. With these tweaks, this capsule would be absolutely golden! ✨

Very friendly and helpful, slept very well, beds simple but good for the price

This place is literally in some steps from metro station. But to find it was very difficult. There are 8 floors and you don't know where the hotel is. With the help of the staff on the 4rd floor we knew that the hotel takes place on the 8 floor. It's nice place, the staff is very kind. We left our backpacks there for the next day. View from window is not very beautiful

We stayed in the queen bedroom and found it to be clean and nice. The hostel is in a fantastic location, close to the subway and just a short distance from the West Lake. Although we didn’t use the lobby, it looked like a great spot for those wanting to relax and socialize. My only critique would be regarding the electrical outlets; there’s only one convenient option, and it wasn’t working reliably with some of our chargers. Overall, a great stay!

Hotel is located near a metro station. Most if not all attractions can be accessed by metro. That's convenient Hotel room is small. Guess that's the size one gets for the price range. Beds were clean and soft. Toilets had wet and dry partition. Hot shower with good pressure. A lifesaver during cold weather. The staff were helpful even though they did not speak English.

Quite lovely in this place. The roomate is nicely too. The place is so clean and it's really near West Lake
