Love the family room design very much. Very large and well equipped with all the basic needs. The lady receptionist is very helpful. When I ordered the delivery food from *******, since I had no China phone numbers, that girl gave me a hp numbers so that i can have a delivery service from *******. Thumbs up to her! The young man during night shift was very friendly too. In conclusion, the service was good, the only downside was they just offer 2 free breakfast but we are four guests and according to my mum, the breakfast was not much variety.

Very good location. Poor soundproofing - we could hear people talking at night or small children crying. We had afternoon tea included in our reservation [at a coffee shop near West Lake] and it was really an unpleasant experience. Cream cakes were stale and completely inedible [it was not really formal afternoon tea, just one cake plus a sweet drink]. We tried 2 different cakes and both of them should have been thrown away long ago.

Only 1 lift to service their guests from level 4 to 8 Breakfast at level 13, lift only brings you to level 12 Level 9-12 house another hotel - City Note. Their guests sometimes take the lift of Cheeinn to ground floor so the lift can be crowded sometimes, esp during check out timings. Booked a family room with Westlake view but mostly blocked by buildings and could only see a small corner of Westlake. Breakfast - limited options with no western food (bread and cereal). They do change their cooked food (alternating days) Overall a pleasant stay but they need to beef up on their cleanliness and provide more variety for breakfast.

Spacious room. Clean and tidy. Recipient nice and friendly. Surround with local restaurant, easy to get food and walking distance to the west lake. Food delivered with the small helping robot. No need go down and collect ur own food. Definitely will be stay again for the next visit.

There are two hotels sharing the same building with 2 different lifts. First night was peaceful, on second night, there were loud banging sound, door bell sound every now and then from above, it was disturbing. Reported to front desk, was told floor above belonged to another hotel. He will alert the staff there. Poor sound insulation.

The manager was exceptional. He did above and beyond to provide the best service ever!!! He asked what I liked for breakfast and asked the staff to prepare the dish. He bought the show tickets and helped to find locations, packed breakfast for my last day, since I left earlier.

Good location for visiting attractions.

定的親子房，其實就是一間房隔了一個木板，多加了一張床但是就要雙倍還多的價格，房間衹有一個很小的窗户，實在有點坑，還有廁所的味道真的是一言難盡，進去一下就要中毒，不能説它隔音差吧，簡直就是零隔音，外面人説話的聲音，關門的聲音，聽的清清楚楚，一千多的價格住這樣的酒店真的太坑了….

我特別滿意這次住宿，離西湖很方便，酒店裝修非常好，非常乾淨，前台小姐姐人很温柔也很樂於助人，服務態度超級好！杭州最滿意的一次住宿！房間乾淨衞生，早餐餛燉好吃，來西湖都可以住這裏

部屋の広さは、スーツケースを余裕で広げられるくらいにちょうどよかったです。タオルやスリッパ、バスローブ、シーツなど気になるところはなく清潔感がありました。シャワー室の圧力は強めでよかったですし、温度もよかったですが、水捌けが少し弱いように感じました。トイレは水洗でした。エアコンもすぐに効きました。カーテンは遮光でよく眠れます。 フロントの女性の接客は丁寧でした。 西湖へは歩いて近く、地下鉄の定安路駅からは徒歩10-15分程度で立地も良かったです。ホテル付近には書店やレストラン、デパートもあります。 コスパがとても良いホテルでした。

酒店去西湖風景區都近，打車大概十幾分鐘。櫃台男職員很有耐性解決我們的問題，因'為房間有味，幫我們轉了2，3次房間後，還是態度好好。床單乾淨，冇野咬。冷氣超強好掂，有機械人送外賣。這個價錢已不錯的了

優點： 1.房間整潔，面積雖小，物品齊全，該有的都有～ 2.酒店位置不錯，市中心，購物便利 3.前台服務態度好，有困難及時提供幫助 缺點： 1.早餐種類太少，保温不行，去吃的時候包子都是冷的，還好有小餛飩暖暖胃 2.房間隔音的問題，主要在下水那塊比較突出，每天早上，都是被樓上房間洗漱下水聲音吵醒的，太響了（๑‾᷅^‾᷅๑）

房間和設施都很新，床鋪特別舒適，電視點播很方便，房間裏的小細節很用心，早餐種類也不少。酒店離景區和商業街都很近，散步就可以去了。尤其表揚前台小姐姐特別温柔友好。孩子一直説下次來杭州還要住祈居酒店，可見有多滿意。
