+ Super close to the old street town. Close to West Lake. Nice and comfy room. - The bath room door almost see-thru with huge gap ( american public toilet style when you can look thr the gap and see what the person inside is doing), i dont rec this hotel for business partners, no privacy.

Overall hotel is good, but due to renovation, the noise is incredible and I can feel the shaking of the building in my room. Luckily I just stay one day and about to check out. Can't stay more than 10 minutes due to the constructions noise.

The location still needs 10 mins walk from the station, in the morning there are lots of noises so your sleep will be disturbed, but overall the room is nice

I love love love their heated toilet bowls!! The best Han Ting among my trips (I went Hang Zhou, Su Zhou and Shanghai)

The hotel is new and close to tourist attractions. You can easily go to the West Lake and He Fang Jie.

Great location, very clean and quiet, comfortable bed and other facilities. Very helpful and friendly staff, Dandan was particularly kind and helpful.

great location and good services provided lots of bottles water plus the receptionists are very helpful. the facilities are good as well. really enjoy staying in this hotel. will come back again for sure. excellent

Great hotel close to Hefang Street—just a short walk away. West Lake is also nearby, making it very convenient. The room was beautiful for the price, clean, and the bathroom was excellent. The only downside is the access to the main entrance. The high stairs can be a challenge, especially for those with large luggage. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Good hotel and location, but we got a very bed smelling room with a half window in the corner.

1. Front desk is not friendly, asking him things just simply gives us an answer. 2. Our room very smelly request to change room , he told us full and next day will inform but in the end ignore. Very bad experiences. China we stay 4 diff hotels was good, not like this.

location of the hotel is fantastic. 10 minutes' walk to either sihou lake or he feng street. bus stop is right across the street and metro is within walking distance. There are many stores around to satisfy your crave for food and there is shopping mall just across the street. The hotel is equipped with many technical advanced facilities including commercial grade washing and drying machine. one drawback is the steps to the entrance of the hotel which is not friendly to older and physical challenged guests.
