Atour Hotel Pinghai Road, West Lake, Hangzhou recensioner

Once again Atour tick all the boxes for excellent service. From staff , room, facilities, location is excellent This hotel is 10 mins walk away from West lake , plenty of good food and restaurant around the area . Metro station is 8 mins walk away and convenient for travelling to all area. Definitely will come back and stay again.

The pillow is so comfortable! The tea and coffee prepared in my room is so tasty. Good location for going to west lake just like walking 10mins.

Great location to the main attractions. Rooms were small but clean and felt new. The breakfast had a good variety. There’s no where for cars to stop so getting dropped off and picked up is a little bit awkward.

Very helpful and friendly front desk! They went out of their way to help a clueless foreigner (me) during my stay. Clean and large room, comfy bed, modern and seems to be relatively new, despite the price not being expensive. Will stay here again next time!

The walls are thin. Location wise is good  Also could smell people smoking even tho the hotel is non smoking

It is a small hotel but very well located, close to Hangzhou Lake, the subway station, and a pedestrian street with all the department stores. The breakfast is delicious and varied. But negative point: the cleanliness of the pillows (blood stains...), dirty towels, etc. The staff is friendly but the receptionists are very young and lack experience, unable to give really useful advice.

It is walking distance to westlake ,convenient location . The staff are very helpful and good service

The hotel is new, staff are friendly. Surrounding has many convenient store and eateries.

Clean and comfortable

Very friendly counter staff who are willing to help tourists, answering questions like nearest food / restaurants, easiest way to get around etc. Very friendly serving staff at breakfast - even though we were pretty late (about 1015am), they were helpful and gave us heaps of food before they closed the counters for breakfast. They even provided takeaway box in case we couldnt finish what we took. Location wise is ok - about 700+metres away from West Lake, which is a bit of a walk in cold weather.

Good location - near to shopping streets mall and west lake. Well designed room layout . Laundry room was a plus for us as we re on long trip. With robot delivery to room service , it was pretty convienent for us to order anything. Only issue was the strong cigeratte smell along the corridor and it gets into our room.

Room is big and clean and walkable to the west lake. There are malls around the hotel and are all walkable distances as well. Room is quiet even though our room is traffic facing, unless you open the window.

Generally a very well located, clean, comfortable room for two. The only issue I would note is the toilet has a sensor for flushing, which leads to noisy flushing/beeping in the middle of the night, which would more than likely disturb your partner 🤣
