Hangzhou Jiecheng Room (Auto City) recensioner

Easy access by metro from the high speed railway station. Clean and comfortable. Many restaurants around. The reception was very helpful and kind. Highly recommended for Hangzhou

The environment outside was nice, you have restaurants, convenient stores and markets around. Also, the subway station was not far away. But the room was not very clean

I booked regular standard room and I checked in together with my family. The receptionist upgraded the room to the family one, they are very hospitable. What they did for us brought warmth as we had at home. This is one of our happiest journey so far!

Noisy neighbors, toilet got stuck, and water stained with yellow. There was a huge cockroach and small bugs everywhere. The staffs were so friendly and kind though! I do hope they can sort out the issues mentioned.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Nice rooms and nice workers, they helped me with everything I needed. It's clean and comfortable.

I was very lucky to get this hotel when I first arrived to China. The owner and the staff helped me in any matter and even showed me where I can get a chinese sim-card. The street is full with food options and three (if not more) small supermarkets. The metro station is about a kilometre from line 10 away, but you can also reach line 5 quite well with the Alibikes. Didis/Taxis can also reach the hotel well. I recommend it to anyone who travels alone and wants to experience living in China.

酒店價格合理，性價比高，走進房間眼前一亮，真的很乾凈，很明亮，從配飾來看，老闆應該比較有藝術細胞，掛飾簡樸温馨，略帶一點田園風，衞生間不算大，但是牆面地板潔凈如新，大愛！

前兩年來這家酒店住過，當時衞生差得要命，房間異味很重，因為價格便宜位置也還好就將就住了。這次來沒想到給了我一個驚喜，全新裝修後還是原來的價格，衞生這些不可同日而語，前台大姐服務簡直不要太好，和她説要兩個衣架馬上就給我送上門來了，以後就衹認你家酒店了！

樓下水果超市整天用大音箱播放強勁音樂，一直到凌晨，嚴重影響休息，反映給酒店人員，竟然説人家有權利播放音樂，******自己的生意受影響都不緊張，反而為別人開脱？！

因為滿意所以連住很多天，首先是價格實惠，其次就是房間乾淨，床鋪舒適，服務熱情周到，賓館旁邊有很多吃的，離地鐵站公交站都很近，下次還來！

房間乾淨，服務好，並且能給顧客提供力所能及的幫助，讓人倍感很温馨！周邊設施齊全，酒店旁邊有很多美食，距離公交地鐵站也不遠，下次出差還住這家酒店！

過來培訓偶然中發現了這家酒店，離培訓的地方特別近，房間乾淨舒適且温馨，服務周到，酒店旁邊小吃購物以及乘坐公交地鐵都很方便，值得推薦！
