The room was okay in size, but I could hear noise from outside all the time. The bathroom was very small and not clean. There was mold in the bathroom and no mat to dry my feet. The bathroom looked different from the pictures. The only good thing was that it was near the metro station

very good. clean and warm... my dog stayed too.. . the washing machine is useful.. can hang clothes... there are drinks in the reception

The location is amazing, there are many shops nearby and the metro station is a short walk away. The cleanliness is okay, it is liveable, but as far as I am aware there weren't many facilities. One of the staff was very rude, she did not even say anything even though I spoke to her in Chinese, she just pounded on the door in the morning to ask for my passport. It wasn't a knock, it sounded like someone was trying to break down my door, which scared the **** out of me. If she has a hearing or speaking disability I would be okay, but I heard her speaking to other people so I'm not sure what was up with that. Room is very small, and there's no closet but they do provide hangers. No water provided in rooms as well so be aware of that. Overall, if you are just staying for a night or two it's fine, I stayed for 3 nights which is a bit too much for a room that size. However, given the cost, I would say it is fair given the location.

This hotel is with less than 10 minutes walking from the subway station. The hotels is deviated in two building and the building I stayed in had no elevator. The cleaning of the room was not so good, still lot of hairs on the floor. TThe price is good but the rooms are really small, but it’s okey for what you pay, many other places is way more expensive. Even though the room was small the bathroom was big and the pressure in the shower was really good!! I would come back again!

Our hotel is located on the north side of the North Line of West Lake (200 meters from Exit D of Huanglong Sports Center subway station), near the north gate of Zhejiang University Yuquan Campus, near Lingyin Temple, West Lake Sudi, Botanical Garden, and Xixi Wetland. We have a direct line to the intersection of Lingyin Temple. In addition, all rooms in our store have exterior windows (soundproof glass on the second to third floors along the street), and there are no dark rooms. There is a Chinese restaurant and a popular Korean restaurant downstairs. For guests who need to swipe their business card on business trips, we can provide WeChat Alipay refunds for online payment of room fees. Full invoicing does not count as a discount. If you are not sure, please confirm in advance how many days to stay. If you are not sure, please book a few days less first and call the front desk to stay

來杭州旅遊住文協賓館真的太滿意！位置超絕，就在西溪路370號，距離西湖僅兩公里，想去西湖漫步賞景超方便。路口就有地鐵，還有靈隱寺專線，輕鬆暢達各處熱門景點。房間乾淨整潔、佈置温馨，床品柔軟舒適，服務也特別貼心，性價比超高，下次來杭州還選這兒！
