The staff doesn’t speak English, didn’t seem very friendly. They wanted to give some free coupon to me but then told me I arrived so late in the evening.. then ok, you just don’t need to mention it. Room was good.

Very friendly and attentive front of house staff. The manager in particular went out of her way to make my stay memorable.

Hotel was easy to find and was close to the subway station. The room was clean and comfortable.

The Reception staff is the best staff I have ever seen in all my travels across the world and even compared to the other Hilton hotels we have stayed at. At the front desk Ms Mao Yingying and her other colleagues went out of their way to help us and make us have a restful and lovely holiday. Even the housekeeping staff and the staff at the cafe are very warm and helpful. I will surely return here for another holiday and recommend this hotel as Must Stay Hotel for all my friends. Thank you very much Hampton by Hilton!

房間很舒適，非常的乾淨整潔。服務人員都很熱情，周到。家庭出行，需求有點多，服務人員都很及時的幫我們對應，看我們3個人，還主動給我們加了拖鞋和牙刷。最有特色的是深夜粥道，夜深時分，來一份熱乎乎的紅豆布丁，暖心暖胃。早餐也很豐盛，樣樣數數都有，還有熱心的服務人員，是一次非常不錯的出行體驗。

先説房間，房間寬敞明亮，空間佈局合理，絲毫沒有侷促逼仄之感。衞生打掃的很到位，細節都沒有放過，漱口杯都是是乾淨明亮的 自助餐很豐盛，熱菜、涼菜，水果、點心，咖啡一應俱全。阿姨煮的米線非常可口。自助餐廳的迎春阿姨温柔大方，服務周到，做事很有幹勁兒，給我們留下深刻印象。 整個酒店的員工們都非常非常熱情，從前台到自助餐廳、到打掃的阿姨們，都把我們當作家人一般、讓我們心裏暖暖的。酒店距離地鐵站非常近，下次來杭州，我們一定會再次選擇希爾頓歡朋酒店！

坐過最平穩的電梯了，在電梯裏完全感覺不到電梯在運行，迪的一聲門開了才發覺這麼快已經到了要去的樓層。早餐豐盛，蛋糕特別好吃。可惜趕時間沒辦法一一品嚐那麼多美食。洗手間設計合理，乾濕分離做得很好，也不顯得擁擠。周邊交通便利，房間很安靜。

房間很寬敞，景觀也不錯，後面是一條小河。服務人員都很熱情，晚上還送了綠豆湯和小麪包，綠豆湯應該是酒店自己煮的，不是買的半成品，好喝。樓下還有很多吃飯的地方，酒店就在地鐵站邊上，交通方便
