Thanks hotel crews 小朱 & other hotel crews.. services are awesome...breakfast served at top 20 floor with full xihu view, food are delicious...the location are so centralized,just waling distance to xihu..take note no free Landry but guest can self wash clothes and hand in side toilet.pick up & drop off to.hotel.lobby , driver need to come from pedestrian

Very close to the shopping and eating district, newly renovated room with toilet in room has very good ventilation, walkable distance to Xihu

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and had a fantastic experience! The location is excellent—close to the main streets, the rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the service was outstanding. The staff was friendly and always available to assist with any request, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of fresh options. We would definitely return on our next visit

The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful, they helped us with early check in after long overnight flight. The breakfast with the rotating station and the xihu view was unforgettable, as the breakfast is full of variety for you to enjoy the view if you are not in a rush. The location is 10-15 mins walk to xihu and full of shopping and food choices. Though many drivers told us to eat outside for authentic local food and not so expensive.

Everything was great here! Within walking to many shopping malls and West Lake. The doorway was smaller than expected, and the bathroom was also very tiny. There is another small toilet in the 2nd room along with a smaller double bed. Can sleep 4 persons comfortably.

Very strategic location and very close to West lake, just walking distance can reach.

Couldn't have wished for a better stay! ❤️ Spacious rooms, friendly staff, and an excellent breakfast buffet in a revolving restaurant on the 20th floor. Last but not least, the Friendship Hotel is located in the direct vicinity of both the West Lake and the metro line to both railway stations. Tip: book a room with lake view! Convenient location to West Lake Hangzhou, A short walk from Exit D of LongXiangQiao MRT station. Hotel staffs are warm and friendly. Best is the revolving restaurant where breakfast was served and we can see the view of West Lake. Breakfast was nice with varieties. Room is not big but cosy. City view from the windows. Would be better to have more hangers for clothes.

Location is very convenience. About 10-15 minutes walks to Xihu and hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Will plan to stay here again on next visit to Hangzhou..

Great location . Very near to Westlake by just 5min walking distance , near to bus station,mrt , shopping area and food streets. Hotel staff very helpful,polite and hotel is clean

The hotel is located strategically , in the middle of the city, near the subway and West Lake. Going to the places of interest is fairly easy from this hotel as the location of the subway/metro is nearby. Walk out of the hotel, turn right, and walk down straight. In less than three minutes, you can see a large shopping centre on your right. Next to Muji is Longxiangqaio, the subway station (Exit D). The direction to West Lake from the hotel is also the same going to the subway station. Instead of turning to the right, just continue walking straight and you can see the lake in less than 5 minutes. Since the hotel is located in the city centre, food options are plentiful with many restaurants, cafes and department stores. The most interesting part of the hotel for me is the rotating restaurant located on the 20th floor, where buffet breakfast is served. If the weather is good this place is good to view the beautiful lake and sunrise. The choice and selection of food here is fantastic ranging from Chinese food and Western food. The hotel is awesome for its facilities. There are a number of restaurants and a gym area. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The consige was very helpful when we enquried for a map of Hangzhou and provided good advice on interesting places to visit. When I checked out of the hotel, the staff also provided a parting gift. I received a massage brush while my friend was given a cute keychain. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good service, Nice view from Xihu Lake and clean room with seasonal fruits complimentary in afternoon.

Clean and very convenient location. Only strange thing is toilet had a huge glass panel facing bedroom but no blinds ..

The stench of cigarette smoke permeates throughout the hotel. It is most pronounced in the “non smoking” room itself, where it is likely the aircon filters have not been replaced after previous occupants smoked in the room. To add to the problem, the neighbouring rooms also have smokers puffing away indiscriminately during our stay, evident from the smoke wafting from their rooms. Besides the cigarette stench in the room, the bathroom has a design failure causing water to leak all over the floor during showering. The thing we liked most about the stay was the breakfast at the revolving restaurant, which overlooked West Lake. The location of the hotel was also pretty good. All in all, it is unlikely we will ever return unless enforcement of the non smoking policy is tightened.
