I recently had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Hangzhou, Binjiang. The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities to ensure a relaxing experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to assist, making me feel right at home. The location is excellent, providing easy access to the city’s key areas while offering beautiful views of the Qiantang River. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impressive, and I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining a tidy environment. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. Additionally, the fitness center and other facilities were well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. Looking forward to my next visit!

Hotel property becomes old , rooms need renovation, very good for Indian traveller as Indian restaurant in the same premise .

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I'm a satisfactory stay because of the friendly staff, the check-in and check-out process does not take long. the room is very comfortable, spacious and tidy, cleanliness is emphasized very well.

excellent service. we love staying here. the pool is huge. got a free upgrade at checkin to a suite. breakfast is also fresh and very good.

Lot of construction going on inside hotel campus otherwise hotel is ok

Nice people working in the hotel, always friendly. Buffet is pretty good, breakfast has many choices available. Room a bit old.

I attended the 2022 Global English Education China Assembly. All the facilities for the hotel, dining, and conference were excellent. Beds were very comfortable. I was able to use the pool. Everyone was helpful and efficient. There was easy access to other dining, the Metro, and shopping.

Friendly staff, great service. Good place to stay in binjiang. Recommended!!

在萬豪品牌所有的煥新改版之中，我覺得福朋喜來登是最成功的，雖説這個原SPG品牌之前設計風格店店不同，百花齊放，但裏面諸如河源巴伐利亞莊園福朋那種令人眼前一亮的還是不多，大部分是比較老舊的商務風但又遠沒有老喜來登那麼豪華。而現在呢？統一的美式復古工業風模板套進去，再允許每家店都一點自己小小的發揮，雖然從結果看，同質化是挺嚴重，但這種風格本身就是美觀耐看的，不容易出錯。即使已經住過很多家煥新福朋，仍然不會覺得審美疲勞，不想碰瓷某麗思卡爾怡但至少看着能讓我更開心一點。這家據説是浙江第一家福朋喜來登

喜來登從沒讓我失望過，忍不住拍了幾張照片來評論，真棒！這個酒店的位置很不錯。周圍安靜，杭州東站打車過來30多元。去浙江省博物館20元。去靈隱寺40多元。湖濱步行街打車來30多元，三人出行去哪都一直打車，比坐地鐵還方便，還省錢。上下車門僮都幫着開車門拿行李。前台服務也特別周到和禮貌，看我們3人，房間衹有兩人的早餐，就多送一個人。房間很乾凈，早餐很豐盛，有很多可選擇的。喜來登的房間大，雙床又是1米37的，特別好，兩人睡一點都不擠。喜歡！喜歡！會一直推薦給朋友，希望喜來登一直堅持做的更好。

硬件設施不如新酒店，但起碼是四星，豪華和齊備，該有的都有，泳池，健身房都有。比新裝修的酒店，起碼沒有甲醛污染； 軟件設施值得點贊，酒店前台看到我們有兩個大人，兩個小孩，很主動熱情的幫我們升級了兩張2米的大床，非常實用貼心，送上小孩的牙刷和拖鞋，👍在此非常感謝🙏。入住幾天裏服務人員服務及時，一打電話，很快就安排了，很貼心。

酒店中庭大堂吧和旋轉樓梯設計很不錯，雖然有點年頭，但硬件軟件都能達到四星級標準，除了早餐一般其它都可以！

從踏入大堂的瞬間，熱情周到的服務就撲面而來。前台工作人員不僅辦理入住迅速，還貼心介紹了周邊好玩的地方。 房間佈置温馨又精緻，床鋪軟硬適中，一躺下就像被雲朵包裹。衞生更是無可挑剔，角角落落都乾淨整潔。浴室乾濕分離，洗浴用品品質上乘，香味宜人。 酒店的早餐豐富多樣，中西式菜品應有盡有，滿足各種口味需求。餐廳環境優雅，服務員會及時清理桌面，用餐體驗超棒。健身房器材齊全，且維護良好，讓我能在旅途中也不落下鍛鍊。 位置絕佳，周邊美食眾多，出行方便，無論是去景點還是購物都很近。強烈推薦給大家，下次來這個城市，我肯定還住這兒！
