Convenient location with shopping centre and restaurants. Hotel is as per expectation, swimmng pool, great breakfast and english speaking desk.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure!

I have never been in a Kempinski Hotel and it was an extremely nice experience.. the room was very big and clean and modern . The staff were really friendly and they also let us to do a late checkout. Breakfast was very generous and delicious. We will definitely come back !

Very nice service. Sadly there is no bar at hotel, the one on 14 floor is not under the hotel management which is totally unmatched and no class

Stayed there for three nights The room is spacious and location is quiet. But, the first night stay was very unpleasant because the curtain was broken, the TV was not working, WiFi no connection. I had to call the front desk to help. The staff did not respond in a helpful way and I had to insist to them on fixing everything the next day or move to another room.

Nice staff with great service attitude. You feel very welcome. They greatly supported with some arrangements for a birthday. Room was exceptional clean, quiet and cosy. Good soundproofing - we slept very well. Breakfast buffet is highly recommended, great choice of freshly prepared Chinese and western food. Spa and pool area are also very clean and a pleasure to use. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bars around in the nearby shopping mall and a little old street opposite area on the other side of the river. We enjoyed our stay very much and are always happy to return

The hotel has a great room, except for the floors where it was coming loose and that was in all the floors throughout the hotel. The first experience when checking in, was not 5 star worthy. It was very busy and that can happen, but the number of staff seemed to be not enough also no drinks or such things were offered to ease the waiting nor was it suggested to leave the luggage and check-in later. The hotel is next to a big mall and close 800 meters to a subway. The hotel offers a great swimming pool and sauna. Compliments. A point of concern is cleaning throughout the hotel. The rooms are cleaned good, but gym dressing room and lobby did have items not cleaned for multiple days. In the evening we wanted to go to the bar and have a drink on the top, 14th floor, finding out that the hotel does not have a bar, which is not 5 star worthy. Overall, I believe there are better hotels in the city.

Came here when it first opened in 2019 buy facilities are getting old with scratches on floor and staff is not so well informed

Fantastic hotel! Great service as well. Breakfast was delicious—just a bit of confusion when it came to ordering from the a la carte menu. Misty at the front desk was incredibly helpful as well!

I rarely write reviews but I need to do this hotel justice. Apart from the design and comfort of the room and amazing facilities (including pilates reformer in the gym) the helpfulness of the staff is unparalleled and whoever runs this hotel has done an impeccable job. This is true hospitality. Would argue it has surpassed Four Seasons standards. I arrived at the hotel feeling a little drowsy and the concierge instantly asked if he could get me a drink. Checkin and checkout process seamless. Would come back to Hangzhou just to be able to stay here again. Will be hard to find a hotel that beats this.

One of the best stay we had in Hangzhou Receptionist name Jaime are really helpful and knowledgeable about the city Room are perfect It was a birthday stay, small and creative decoration are provided with a fruit cheesecake. Breakfast was near to topnotch, serving chinese and western cuisine, do check out their wontan soup at the noodle station and their pastries are quite fluffy Overall location are somewhere away from Westlake but near to XiaoHe Street and a decent mall beside Lastly, we would like to said thank you again for all the preparation and help Thank you Jaime, we will definitely return!

I often come to Hangzhou for business for a night or two. Kempinski never fail to deliver great service with their excellently managed hotel. The breakfast alone is worth a visit.
