Impeccable location for Hangzhou! My soul got soothed upon arriving the resort, a stark contrast from the hassles elsewhere in the West Lake area. Great getaway for those who are interested in experiencing cultured lifestyle and who love traditional Chinese culture. Was amazing to join the monk-led chants of Yongfu Temple early in the morning and enjoy Amanfayun’s tea gardens.

This hotel is next to Lingyin temple and it is a good location for you to walk and visit Lingyin temple.

Aman is peace. Though each Aman gives different experience Aman Fayun has great energy and heritage to it. The local villagers especially Mr Xie and a few others are super sweet. The other staffs are nice and sweet though I could apply higher standard I do see the effort and appreciate. Spa is super more cultural activities and experiences could be added

As expected they provide top rated services and was helpful and kept it blissful throughout especially in a busy tourist city like Hangzhou Bonus if you like cats

From checkin to till checkout, everything was fantastic! Hotel contacted me when I booked the room. They asked us our preferences for all the logistics. When we arrived the hotel management including GM welcomed us and Nancy from guest relations, she is brilliant! She helped us everything during our stay. Booked spa, restaurants, guide tour to temple.. Our room was very special, decoration, ambience, towels, bed linens, pillows all are so nice, comfortable! All the hotel staff are very helpful and smiley all the time. You must try SPA ! We tried Vegetarian restaurant and Steam House. Both are great! All in all fantastic experience and another proof that you can not go wrong with Aman group

Aman in Hangzhou is the perfect staycation destination. The environment is calming and beautiful, relaxing and natural. The staff and service at Amanfayun is probably the best second only to the hotel grounds itself. The room was beautiful and had probably the best sleep I’ve had in a long time as the room becomes completely pitch black and the bed is super comfortable. The spa was unreal, with an ensuite for every service (1 or 2 people). The spa is located next to the pool which had to be my favorite thing about staying there - the afternoon tea by the pool was amazing, delicious, and so cute. It wasn’t hard to feel comfortable or communicate because the majority of staff speaks English. The hotel has 6 places to eat, but I will say as someone who doesn’t eat meat it was a little hard to find options at the hotel but super easy to order food in! If you do eat meat, no problem, there are many options. Definitely recommend Amanfayun to anyone but especially anyone looking for a weekend away with family, a friend, or a loved one. Thanks Aman!

The service quality need more improvements. The hotel is under traffic control during weekend. The hotel suggested guests to arrive by bus. The bus was hard to get in. There is no television in the room. Its okay. There is no coffee machine. It was not very convenient.

Wonderful experience at Amanfayun. Service are top notch. Restaurant on site are delicious. A very unique and charming place that I didn’t want to leave, will be back again.

終於打卡法雲安縵，2010年開業，2016年裝修，可能期望太高，所以大失所望。 豪華村莊套房，真的就是村舍，走進去的路是石塊鋪的，凹凸不平，容易崴腳，晚上沒有路燈，衹能用手電照亮。 房間裏的燈光也是昏暗，大白天都沒什麼陽光能照進去，以為是大平層，沒想到要爬樓梯，樓下的客廳居然沒有衞生間，這麼大的房間衹有一個馬桶，每次都要爬樓梯去卧室。 卧室馬桶不智能，而且看着像是小童馬桶。房間的燈需要一個一個關，卧室有一扇沒有窗簾不遮光的窗，一大早就亮了。 房間的熱水至少要等三分鐘才熱，差點打電話報修，衹能説真的是還原了村舍，如果想花錢去吃苦的可以試試。 上海養雲安縵和麗江大研安縵的酒店設施都比杭州法雲好。法雲的位置是不錯，靠着飛來峯景區，出門就是永福寺和靈隱寺，周圍還有其他五個寺。

아만파윤은 단순히 머물고자 하는 호텔이 아닌 전통적 가치, 고찰 등 철학적인 그 이상의 의미를 담은 장소인 것 같습니다. 아만파윤은 그 어떤 아만보다도 녹차밭 주변에서 살던 주민들의 삶이 녹아있어 전통과 현대의 분위기가 잘 어우러져 있습니다. 입구부터 반겨주시는 직원분들과 파윤패스 곳곳에 서있는 직원분들의 인사, 작은 질문에도 도움을 주시려는 모습들이 감사한 마음으로 인상깊었습니다. 스팀하우스의 항저우 전통 음식과 채식메뉴들이 있어 채식 선호자 분들께도 메뉴 선택하기에도 좋습니다. 식당에는 한국어를 잘하시는 직원분이 있어 메뉴 고르기에 어렵지 않았습니다!
