EBO Hotel (Hangzhou West Lake) recensioner

This is very convenient location - near MRT ecit. Hotel is clean and upgrade us to a bigger room. Restaurants and night market are nearby.

Good location, next to subway exit. Room size is decent and with city views. Buffet breakfast was nice. While we stay there one of the lift was under maintenance, so only one lift was working.

Very modern and comfortable hotel. Location was also very convenient. Near to train station and other amenities.

This hotel is very convenient. Fenggi Road subway station is just beside the hotel. Surroundings are shops and eateries and bakery. Staff are friendly and helpful. The check-in counter is on the 5th floor. The room was very clean and linen comfortable. DIY laundry is available for free. Morning breakfast is just as great. What I dislike about this hotel is the lifts and surroundings are dimly lighted. The room will also greet you with a loud music once you enter. The setting of air-conditioning is difficult to adjust and I need to open the windows to let more cold air in to balance the temperature. Despite of these minor issues, the hotel is good to stay.

1.Too easy to access EBO Hotel ,you go to MTR Fegqi Exit D3 ,when you get out the elevator ,you go ahead around 1 min.from the station,there are Bakery Shop , Home Made Restaurant that their menu are delicious and cheap and there are other food shops around the hotel as well. 2. Room is very clean ,nice bed and nice buffet breakfast. 3.You can use google translate to ask hotel staff to help you,they are very friendly.

Amazing hotel. Friendly staffs and offered a free upgrade to our room. There are self-service laundry and dryer located in the lobby with detergent provided. The buffet breakfast was decent with various choices. It is also conveniently located near the West Lake and metro. Recommended if you are travelling to Hangzhou!

Hotel is conveniently located. Walking distance to Westlake and night market. There is a pastry shop beside the hotel and the egg tarts are nice.

Hotel with a very strategic location, close to the metro station, making it convenient to reach attractions and shop. Don't miss the 'Hang Er Shu' cookie shop beside the hotel—it's a must-try!

The hotels location is great, 1 min away from Fengqi station exit D. The room is quite big. The TV didn't work properly, even though I asked for someone to check it. The sound wasn't good, and you could only control it if you were sitting on the sofa. The cleaning wasn't great, housekeeping didn't spend much time in the room. The wasn't many washing machines and one was broke for 3 days. One elevator was also broke for 3 days. Breakfast was OK. The staff were nice though.

Love the hotel. excellent! Get room upgraded too. Will use the hotel again next time
