Pagoda Hotel West Lake Wulin Hangzhou recensioner

1) Mycket svårt att hitta en parkeringsplats. Hotellet bör vägleda gästerna om var de ska parkera. Mycket överbelastad framför hotellet och ingen där för att guida dig. Det var en mardröm att hitta parkeringen. 2) Tjänsten var ganska vanlig eftersom de inte visste vilka sidor i mitt pass de behövde skriva ut. 3) AC i rummet fungerade inte. Jag ringde receptionen, de skickade en tekniker men han sa att det inte går att reparera och att du bättre skulle hålla temperaturen på den lägsta och se om det hjälper... det hjälpte inte alls... svettades hela natten. . 4) kassan var också en mardröm. För många människor som väntade framför mig.. Jag föreslår att hotellet bara ska tilldela en person för kassan.. Jag var tvungen att vänta i 40 minuter bara för att lämna in rumsnyckeln.. 5) Jag bad receptionen att ge mig kupongen för parkering.. de sa okej vi gjorde det i systemet.. Men när jag kom till utgången bad systemet mig att betala 100 yuan parkeringsavgift.. Jag var tvungen att ringa hotellet använder numret på Trip.com, de skickade någon och hjälpte mig att gå ut från parkeringen. . 6)Jag var tvungen att ringa dem igen efter 4 timmar efter utcheckningen för att vänligen bearbeta min kassa så att Trip.com släpper mitt garantibelopp.. Efter att de behandlat min kassa fick jag garantibeloppet inom 20 minuter.

We enjoyed our stay. The room is clean & comfortable for four with 2 x double beds. Easy to get didi & travel around. The staff are very kind & helpful, especially 小笼包。 Would recommend this hotel to friends & will stay again if come back to Hangzhou next time.

It's our 2nd stay at this hotel. We love the location and the overall cleanliness. The services provided by the check in counter staff "小蛋糕" was very good. Room was spacious and everything was within our expectations. It's a value for money hotel that is highly recommended.

2 city view rooms booked, with breakfast. We arrived earlier than usual check-in time. 👍🏻 Front desk staff was kind enough to offer one room for us :) 👍🏻 Hotel room is large, as usual Pagoda hotels. 👌🏻Furnitures are slightly aged but cleanliness was good for my stay. I always like the body shower and shampoo they provide! 👍🏻 Room keeper was kind and speedy towards our request. 👍🏻 Hotel location is good, near Wulin square metro station, wintin 10 mins walk, bus stops nearby as well. Plenty of restaurants nearby. And quick access to sightseeing spots, such as West Lake, Lingyin temple, etc, basically half hour drive to most of the spots around city. 👌🏻 Breakfast with vast choice, mainly Chinese food. 🥲 City view is facing residential building that we kept our curtain on, also someone smoking at the corridor, which was not ideal.

Recommended! Hotel staffs were very helpful, room was upgraded with bathtub, room is very clean and nice, hotel location is also very convenient

It has ideal location, very close to West Lake. And the room is quite clean and big enough.

Located about 500+ metres from Wulin Square.From Wulin Square is only 2 station away Longxianqiao station. From Longxianqiao then can head to Westlake Scenic View. At 7.30am watched the Music Fountain.

Pleasant room with weighing scale provided. Room is smaller than I expect but toilet is huge. The toilet door can't be properly closed and lock so i find it kinda insecure. The slippers and robes provided are extremely comfy. Love those. Breakfast has decent variety but some dishes are too salty and soup noodles too bland.

Value for money and great location. We booked for valentines weekend and had a lovely stay. The staff is nice and helpful. The receptionists also made sure we have all the information to make our stay more pleasant.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. You can walk to the pier to take the canal boat and walk to museums nearby. We also walked to the west lake, about 1.4 km. The breakfast is good (Chinese style). We went during Chinese holidays and the hotel was full, people took all the pudding as soon as it arrived, but the hotel kept refilling. The room was very comfortable, big, with a bed and a nice view of the city (13 floor). The cleaning lady was very patient and cleaned our room past mid-day. The receptionist kiki helped us in English using WeChat translation, and gave us a lot of information on the walking tours to the west lake, pagoda and canal.

Location is good with many amenities close by. Staff member ‘little cakes’ was very kind and helpful as were all the staff .
