3 minutes from Metro line1, 3 minutes to west lakes. Surrounded by restaurants, shops, all the happenings of the city; what more are you asking for? The strategic location of the hotel is a plus plus point in deciding where to put up in Hangzhou. The hotel room is modern, clean and quite spacious albeit not really soundproof. Amenities provided is equivalent to what an international hotel chain is providing. Staff are well versed and knowledgeable in delivering their services.

The hotel location is perfect, at very happening street, many eateries and mall nearby, near to train station too, hotel located very near to West Lake within very short walking distance, where musical fountain located and also can take the boat ride and buggy from there. Hotel included breakfast as well, quite many choices. Room facing main street, but the noise still acceptable because we are not early sleep people, room size ok for us, 2 big 2 small luggage, one thing not good is the toilet door is half transparent.

Can’t beat the location of this hotel in the city center and close to the lake. Very comfortable bedding and beautiful room and hotel.

The hotel is very near the shopping street near West Lake, which is super convenient to every attraction we want to visit. Metro is a stone throw away. The housekeeping staff is friendly. We are not able to adjust the temperature in our room, only giving out warm air, making our room 31 degrees hot for all 3 nights. Luckily, we visited during winter and was able to open the winter to make the room cooler. The breakfast is ok, not many selections. The doors of the toilet and shower are translucent, and you will be able to see each other. Hence, it is not advisable if you are going with friends.

Originally we was assigned to a room.with manjong table and smoking smell, but the front desk was good accomodate our request to change room, at the same night they are another customwr asking to change room which also due to smoking smell. The cleanliness for this hotel was not up to expectation and it dint seem like a hotel opened in 2019 because can see the aged of buildimg and stain on wall. Overall i will rate a 3/5 for my stay and will not be my choice when im coming back to hangzhou

The hotel location is the best advantage as it’s very near to the train station and the West Lake. Other than that, the cleanliness is average only as the room is stuffy with moldy smell. Next to our room is the trays with all used bedsheets which does not look pleasant throughout our stay. The bathroom as well not that user friendly without proper place to hang our clothes. The single bed provided looks small as well and I was bitten by bed bugs on my lower leg. Overall a not very satisfying stay but giving it a pass with its prime location. I will not recommend it to my friends.

Very nice hotel, near Xihu, easy access and can go directly to have great shot at xihu. Near Apple Store , And a very huge Nike store too. Staffs in hotel are friendly and helpful.

Location very good. But lrt nearby was fully packed with ppl. Recommend to stay one station before or after long xiang lrt for better experience

The location is great, it's located nearby the In77 which just about 1-2 minutes walking distance. However, the part that is quite surprising to me is the toilet are transparent. If you are staying with parents, that's awkward. But the others is great
