Great stay at hotel. Room was spacious and breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay here again.

Strategic location and many selections of breakfast provided . Easy to go Xihu by walking and other places by bus .Breakfast food is delicious , non oily , dessert served with less sweetness which is my favourite. Can improve further if laundry service provided and the hotel has own washing machine and dryers . Will definitely recommended friends and family to this hotel.

The building is old but indoor is well equipped. Prime location to XIHU and WULIN food STREET.

Fantastic location, great breakfast, awesome lake view, and excellent service. My wife and I were looking forward to using the pool, but unfortunately it's only open in the summer (closed from the 5th of September, always good to check the fine print). In fact, after mentioning this to Trip and the hotel management, we managed to get a fair compensation. That was very thoughtful. I'd highly recommend this hotel and will likely come back again.

The location is excellent within walking distance to Yintai, XiHu n Wulin night market . The building is old than what i expected , definitely need refurbish to attract more people. However, staff are friendly n kind to gv provide extra gift for us.

A property that has seen better days, but still has solid service by staff, both at the front desk and elsewhere. Rooms and facilities are dated and need a refresh, but the location is convenient and the staff are helpful. Breakfast has a good variety and is reasonably tasty as well.

Overall good value for the price and location but the hotel is getting old. Up to date up-keeping needed.

The hotel is conveniently located with nearby eatery shops and etc. Overall is clean and pleasant. Hotel staff are friendly. However, it is a bit noisy during night time whereby you can visibly hear the noise of the traffic outside the hotel. Maybe the hotel management can consider to improve the sound proof condition.

10-15mins walked from the Metro station. Not ideal if it was a rainy days. About 30mins drive from the Hangzhou East Station. Receptional counter was friendly and helpful. They quickly changed a new room without smoking smell. The room was spacious and comfortable for a solo traveller. Hot water supply was excellent. Sound proof needed to upgrade,
