Receptionist was very helpful! Scene also magnificient!

I should say that if I ever get the chance to go to Hangzhou again, I will definitely stay here, no doubt. The service is great, the room clean, its close to metro station, there is a Starbucks and affordable restaurant around the area. I should also say that the area is extremely green, I have no complaint.

The room was small, but nice and clean, with comfortable beds. The only problem was that the hotel wasn't too easy to find, because was somehow behind of a mall. The taxi stopped at the main road, and the distance was quite long and pretty difficult to find considering that it was really late and we were tired. It's very near to Xixi wetlands so it's pretty convenient.

It is good to look around because it is near a wetland. There is a restaurant nearby and a nice course for a walk. The bed is comfortable and the blanket is cozy. It is nice because it is located in a place that is not crowded. You can run the washing machine. The dryer is not cleaned. The sound insulation is not soundproof, so the sound of words and doors closing in the hallway is severe. Earplugs are absolutely necessary.

This was an unexpected win! Room was very spacious clean with a kitchen! I was in walking distance to a mall. Staff was very helpful! Definitely recommend

Good location and clean room!

The room I stayed at was upgraded to a loft by the friendly front desk guy. The very roomy space and high ceiling was very pleasant and comfortable. I think I’ll be staying here more often.

I love staying there in the wetlands. the rooms are small but worth it.

The hotel was pleasant enough and the staff were accommodating and spoke decent English. The room was quite small and had a bad smell from the sink and shower drains. The noise from the corridor was also quite loud.

Great hotel, good price. Nice location, right at the Xixi wetland park.

M非常好的酒店，在西溪天堂裏，打個車到靈隱寺接駁車站也就10分鐘，離地鐵站也很近，房間 很乾凈，套房有兩個床睡得很舒服，冬天空調也給給力，前台人員也很熱情，走的時候還送了綠豆糕，下次帶娃還住這裏，可惜忘了拍照了

酒店入住體驗極佳！房間寬敞明亮，裝修現代，乾淨整潔，床品超舒適。酒店服務熱情專業，前台辦理入住迅速。地理位置優越，交通便利。唯一小遺憾是隔音稍差。但整體性價比高，強烈推薦！下次旅行還會選擇這家酒店，值得信賴！

在西溪景區裏的酒店，地方很便捷，離地鐵東嶽A出口大概十分鐘最右路程，離濕地博物館五分鐘。房間很多，服務不錯。本來定了個loft，因為帶着長者，服務員幫忙升級到套房，不用爬上爬下了。
