West Lake Begonia Art Homestay recensioner

Checked in in the evening and rainy day, the female front desk welcomed us warmly and helped us to carry the huge luggage to the third floor. All is good, clean and neat. Ready with a big hairdryer and comfortable beds. Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood area and walkable distance to the bus stop. The only to mention is no proper rack to hang and dry the towel. But they did provide us with a new towel the next day. And the air conditioner is off automatically when there is no motion detected I guess, cause it worked again when we moved.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. A beautiful house located in a sort of village within Hangzhou - surrounded by charming cafes, restaurants and within walking distance of the West Lake. The room was absolutely amazing: spacious, clean, with a balcony. The staff was really kind and helpful, giving us amazing advice on what to visit and how to get there. I would definitely come back to this place!

The location of this homestay is excellent. Hosts were very very helpful and friendly. (we had some hiccups when we arrived in the wee hours but was swiftly settled) If you ask for local recommendations of restaurants and sightseeing places, the hosts will be able to suggest and help. I also like that the rooms were cleaned everyday like a hotel! Loved the tea room where u can just chit chat with the hosts and friends while drinking tea and snacking - gives a very homely feel. Makes me wanna have my own tea room when im back home! Overall, i love my HZ stay.

The onwer is so friendly and helpful👍 she always prompt reply if we face any issue and text her. The place is cozy and clean

Nice hotel, no problems, friendly staff

The hotel is located within a bustling street which is home to plenty of other houses and restaurants so there is always life around you. The rooms are on the smaller side but very cozy and comfortable. The hotel is also located near 西湖. We ate at the restaurant opposite the hotel, 老地方, for breakfast 2x (日本铁板豆腐，麻辣牛肉，蔬菜，干锅包菜) and it was amazing.

Close to Westlake. Tastefully done up homestay which gives very cosy vibe. Owner was friendly and her pet dog brown sugar was vey adorable!👍🏼

Great location on the edge of the botanical gardens. Friendly owner. Lots of places to eat nearby. Heating/AC worked well. However..... Hotel is not sound proof and the neighbors woke us on both nights. Complained to the hotel, nothing done. Mold coming through on the headboard.

老闆娘姐姐很熱情，狗狗也很可愛！這是我第二次來杭州玩，去的時候還給升級了陽台房，看青芝塢的外景很漂亮，每天也都有保潔服務。因為住在西湖裡麪，不管是去龍井村還是虎跑等都很方便，體驗了半小時的林蔭大道騎行，是各方面都很不錯的一次旅行！希望有機會還可以再來～

我們第一次住民宿 好開心也好滿意 首先老闆人很好 有各種需要也馬上提供服務 下午陽光照進陽台好愜意啦 就像住在家裡一樣！ 很開心 也很捨不得海棠 捨不得杭州！ 腦子裡就想到一句話：你若芬芳 蝴蝶自來 好的住所不需要過多語言描述 到了自然會愛上這裏
