Hangzhou Lanka Boutique Hotel (Xihu District Gudang Subway Station) recensioner

The hotel was fine. Simple to get to from the metro. Not a lot of places to eat at around there but easy enough to get to the metro to somewhere to eat. The breakfast was not worth it. They had no bread left at 8:30 when I got there. The attendant brought some out after I asked but when I went to butter my toast they didn’t have any knifes. They only had forks, spoons and chopsticks and when I asked the attendant said they don’t have any which is weird because the breakfast is served in the restaurant next to the hotel. The room could use a new curtain as well it had holes in it and let the light in when the sun came up.

Lovely staying in this hotel. Everything is nice and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Surrounding has a lot of restaurant and just couple minutes away from metro station, really convenient.

Enjoyed my stay here. Clean and well designed room. Only disappointed that the rooms are smoking and can be smelling like cigarettes.

The hotel is near to the metro station, and is very quite. But the entire outlook of hotel is nothing like the video shown, so don’t be fooled by the promotion video. For the hotel facilities, although it is told that the hotel has a gym room and laundry room, actually there is only 3 exercise machines( running trail, cycling) and 2 washing machines, both in the same room. The check in procedure is a bit slow and there is no views outside of the window, only a plant which is dying. The hotel is completely overrated, the sound proofing is so bad that I can hear upstairs flushing toilet and next door chatting, people shutting their doors.

The hotel was a lovely place. We quite liked the restaurant which was pleasing to the eye. Their afternoon tea could improve. Otherwise I think it was value for money. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Clean nice hotel in the downtown of Hangzhou

I stayed here for a few nights and was very impressed! The rooms are gorgeous, clean and the staff are friendly.

The rooms are very massive which was a huge bonus for my family of four. It was also very nice that they came with afternoon tea breakfast . There was an ample amount of food at breakfast--we did not leave hungry. The location is convenient because the subway is a quick walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Friendly reception. Check in/out with no problems. Room had everything you usually need. Felt comfortable!

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The location was what we needed for our purpose to our visit in Hangzhou. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but I’ve heard that it’s very Chinese and not so much Western food available.

房間裝修很老舊，客房樓道里味道很重，洗手池很臟 ，房間燈光陰暗，還有一衹別人的襪子在桌子下面，而且吃早餐的地方不開空調 ， 30多度的氣温，開着門，蒼蠅蚊子一大堆，非常非常不好的體驗，真的不可能是四鑽的品質，希望攜程更改星級核查一下哦
