The hotel was clean and extremely spacious. It is value for money and located right next to the station. Close to xixi wetlands but it's quite far away to the main touristy area around Xi lake. Love how it's located close to joy city, a shopping centre where we can shop for clothings, kids entertainment and dining spaces. Hotel staff were helpful.

Overall is good , good location hotel just beside the subway station, 7-11, McD & Subway in walking distance with in 1 min very convenient.

The hotel staff was very professional and check-in and check-out was quick. After several visits to Hangzhou, I didn't have a good guide, so I asked the front desk staff. Mr.Harry recommended several routes for sightseeing and introduced nearby restaurants. Thank you very much for Mr.Harry introduction and recommendation.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at shama Hotel. Spacious clean rooms, well-kept furniture, quiet neighborhood and friendly helpful staff are more than we can hope for at such reasonable price. We'll look for other shama hotels next time we travel in mainland China.

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst we explored Hangzhou. Place was very clean and cosy! Breakfast spread was also really very good! Love the fact that we had the washing machine in the apartment to do laundry at night especially after a rainy day! They were also nice enough to let us store our suitcases in the storeroom when we travelled to suzhou for a couple of days. Downside is that there is no cutlery or plates in the kitchen area but we managed to get by since we mostly ate out. They also provided cup noodles and snacks and fruits which was a nice touch. Very convenient location to visit xixi wetlands and takes around 20 to 30 min to get to town by taxi which is not too bad. There are shops and a mall nearby too, and the train station is right next to the hotel! We got around by taxi but the taxis always had to stop by the roadside instead of the lobby area as they could never find the entrance and guardhouse to get to the lobby! But it's not too bad since the roadside is quite near the lobby.

We like the hotel’s comfortable beds and pillows and how near McDonald’s, Subway and 7-eleven were to the hotel. There’s also 老娘舅 and a popular Korean BBQ restaurant 肉本家烤肉 nearby. The hotel provided some free drinks and snacks in the room fridge for guests which was a really nice gesture.

Overall is good, our unit is come with a small kitchen, but there is no kitchen utensils, no dishwasher and plate or bowl. It would be better if have all these.

Great location to travel, nearby have lots F&B open till 10pm. Special thank to staff 文婷 for the express check out and gifts. Location 4/5: Pickup point for 滴滴 a bit troublesome, because hotel lobby not allow other vehicle. This, need to carry own luggage walk down to the staircase. But! The staff there is very helpful and kind. They helping me to carry the luggage despite I told them I can do it myself. 😁😁😁

Excellent stay Five plus stars. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Service was very good. Everybody at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was impressive. So many choices and well prepared. Subway station and bus stop were right outside the front doors. Would highly recommend and we will definitely stay again when we return to Hangzhou.
