Vienna International Hotel (Hangzhou East Railway Station) recensioner

During check-in, the counter staff kept telling people to cancel their bookings and go stay at Jinjiang Metropol instead. On the day of check-out, I paid to extend my stay for a few hours as I had a late flight. But my card key no longer works and I had to take the lift up and down 3 times to convince the counter staff that the door is faulty. When they finally sent one of their staff to assist, he conveniently went to help another customer on the same floor first (a Caucasian) when I was already rushing for time. By the time he came by to "help", he had no idea how to change the batteries for the door. It was quite a sight seeing him hold onto the Master Key and a bunch of batteries looking lost. In the end, I had to go downstairs again to get another staff to help, who in turn called a technician to open the door. Would you want to stay here?

Everything great, perhaps more variety of breakfast cereals and black tea option would be good.

Convenient to get to catch train. Not dirty but not very clean...Carpet a bit feel old dirty

Visited 2 Vienna hotels in 2 different cities. 1 in tonglu and 1 here. Both a bit dated. And both had ske in non smoking rooms. It's ok but would not book this brand again.

Overall is good enough for the price paid for Had one night stay only for transfer to CRH bullet train The location is far from airport Breakfast is excellent

I always stay in this hotel when visiting Hangzhou. It's a 5min walk from the station. Beds are extremely comfortable and never have a problem booking in or extending my stay. Highly recommend it. The washing facilities are also outstanding, but the fitness is nothing special really just 2xtreadmill(if I remember correctly) , bike and a stair master

Nice hotel.. hotel lobby is beautiful. The room is good but there are no smoking rooms for smokers. Services are good. Good Amenities.

The Vienna International Hotel near Hangzhou East Railway Station is a convenient and comfortable place to stay, especially for travelers arriving by high-speed train. Hotel location is about 10 to 15 mins walk from the railway station. We got a twin beds room and the plus point is the room size is super big but the room needs some minor works. All the twin rooms face the railway tracks so it can be noisy at about 5am. Generally I will consider this hotel in my next trip.

Good hotel

Lighting was dim in front of the hotel, and I slipped and fell, hurting my knee. I am from HK and I was unable to get wifi except WeChat. The bathroom ceiling was just plastered/patched and repair work was not finished yet.

The staff at the hotel is very friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel is located near the airport and they offer free shuttle service to the airport. Highly recommend others to stay at this hotel!

Booked this hotel for my dad and his partner. He absolutely loved how large and clean the room was. The close proximity to the railway station. I booked this hotel for him after we stayed at another hotel near the West Lake and this one was in his opinion far superior, cleaner, brighter. Maybe next time I go back back Hangzhou I will stay here as the video he showed me was really nice. Shame I cannot post his video. He would stay here again. It is very close to the metro as well so I think it is a good base to to explore Hangzhou.
