This is a quaint homestay in one of the most beautiful locations around Hangzhou West Lake. Wake up in the morning to the West Lake and a simple local breakfast set. A worthwhile experience

The location and the view from the hotel were great, not so far from restaurants area and main streets. The building is very old, tried to renovate, but sometimes is still in process, it wasn’t too clean, under the bed I found someone’s eye lens, and they being there all days I stayed, breakfast wasn’t good. A traditional Chinese breakfast with a small amount of food is brought to the room, better choose the room without breakfast. All staff a very welcoming and friendly

Room view is beautiful, overlooking the West Lake. Bed is comfortable. Reception male staff is helpful & friendly. Only thing is the stairs up to the room but not big issue if there is male staff around to help.

Definitely better places to stay for the price. Besides location being good, it was quite average. Noisy travellers. Experience was so-so, amenities was average and worse, the water pressure was low so taking a shower was just bad. Luckily it was only for 1 night stay.

Friendly staff with great assistance. Close proximity to the West Lake tourist attractions and restaurants. Will definitely be back the next time round.

Location was perfectly at west lake and rather convenient to didi around. Our room was one with the lake view- but honestly the exterior was unkempt and not well maintained so it was just blocks of trees blocking as we were on a low floor (~3). Requires walking up flights of stairs too so be mindful of your luggage. It’s more of a 民宿 so there wasnt really security guards either and technically the food delivery person can literally walk up and leave the food outside your room door. Rather safe still! Just that there’s a few homestay here and location wise for a driver - not the easiest to spot. Other than that - pleased with our room stay, area is big, toilet is big! Additional 2nd bed is kinda a tatami one so not the softest but we added cushions. Nonetheless still happy with the stay :)

Xixia Xiaozhu Boutique Hôtel is quite unique by its location : located inside the historical site of Hangzhou West Lake, we enjoyed the calm, the harmony of the lake view from our room, and the best conditions to walk, enjoy and visit ! We enjoyed also the fact that the hotel is also unique, as you stay inside the buildings of a former temple : everything there is authentical. In this charming place, of course, no escalators, no lifts, simply chic and use the stairs the monks climbed for centuries ! Our room had the charm of traditional furnitures with a quite complete set of modern equipment (TV, WiFi, air cond., heating, minibar, tub...) The personal were always available to our needs, and always took care for our stay. The hotel has also a nice and excellent terrace restaurant, were we tasted an original and sophisticated Chinese 'cuisine'. As we are French, we specially appreciated !

the location was great, right in front of the lake, but everything else is quite limit. The american breakfast is not available, however, the chinese breakfast was not too bad. There is no coffee available.

窗户就能看到斷橋，出門左轉走幾步有kfc，星巴克，望江樓，外婆家，吃東西方便。看了凌晨五點多的斷橋。包場的感覺。端午節去的。想象要是下雪的時候去看斷橋殘雪一定很好。帶小朋友的，可以去附近的杭州青少年活動中心玩一天。

在斷橋旁邊，湖景房可以看到斷橋，景色非常好，房間也很好，乾淨明亮，還有一個榻榻米臨窗可以喝茶賞湖。店長非常好，負責任，熱情，有求必應。床品很舒服。

位置很好，出門就是斷橋，背後是保俶塔，武林夜市也不遠。早餐送到房間，包子燒賣玉米雞蛋酸奶，還不錯。唯一不太滿意的是房子比較老了，設施比較舊，親子房樓下是單人床，樓上是大床，衹有樓下一個衞生間。據説親子房是下水管道的最後一間，結果半夜發生管道堵塞，地下管道的水漫到房間裏，等到第二天早上才能弄好。當然老闆態度很好，半夜來處理了一個小時，堵塞這件事也不能怪店家，衹是影響了度假心情，而且當時房間有水比較擔心長者滑倒，下水道的氣味也影響了長者睡眠。然後因為靠山，比較潮濕，蚊蟲什麼的會比較多。

西湖邊最美民宿，鬧中取靜，環境優美，房間乾淨整潔，入口一條向上的樓梯，兩邊種滿了花花草草，地理位置優越，下樓對面就是斷橋殘雪，走幾米就是肯德基和外婆家，強烈推薦👍。

性價比很高的民宿，出門就能看見斷橋。 原本預訂兩日，後追加一日，老闆很熱情， 幫我三天連住同房間。早餐也能滿足暴走能量。 附近樓外樓、KFC、外婆家就餐很方便。
