Hutchison Hotel (Hangzhou West Lake Hu Bin Nanshan Road Shop) recensioner

Hotellets läge är bra på bara gångavstånd till västra sjön, ding en tunnelbana och precis bredvid en av yintai köpcentrum. Cirka 15-20 minuters promenad till det stora shoppingområdet Yintai samt till Hefang Street. Hotelldesignen är trevlig och rymlig. Tjänsten är bra eftersom de tillät maximal utcheckningstid vid 1400 och auto erbjuds för att hålla bagaget. Överlag är bra.

Room is clean and really nice. The staff are really friendly and try to communicate in English to help me.

Friendly and families hotel, especially for his children and elderly.They could escort us both in chinese and english

We had a great stay. Rooms are clean and spacious. Location is excellent with a mall right next door as well as a convenient store. There also is a coffee shop next to the front desk which sells great coffee drinks (oat and soy milk choices available). Breakfast has a good selection of foods and they have a proper coffee machine. Mostly Chinese food though. Walkable to West Lake and Hefang Street. Free use of their washing and drying machines.  I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Walking distance to West Lake and shopping malls. Family rooms are small compared with similar class hotels.

Hotel located near to the famous west lake with about short 10 minutes walk. Nearby shopping mall with many food options.

Hotel was not far from Metro and close to West Lake. Very easy to find. Room was big and clean. The only one minus point is it was almost impossible to use internet inside the room. To use Wifi, you need have Chinese telephone number so we desided to use our moblie internet but the signal was so poor.

The hotel has really nice location, couple minutes walk from the station, rooms are specious and stuff is extremely friendly! We got upgrade at the check in and got extra breakfast for free! Definitely recommend it! Thank you to the receptionists!

Comfortable, clean and spacious room with high quality amenities. Location was superb. There are plenty of restaurants and cafe within walking diatance. The staff was very helpful. When my cellphone was left in a taxi they helped me contact police and the taxi driver to get my cellphone back. They were very patient and kind. I couldn’t thank them enough.

The only good point is location nearby metro Line 1 . Travellers with big luggage need to use another path to reach hotel . If not you have to carry the luggage’s up and down 4 staircase . Although there is a robot services but the bad experience staying here for 2 days already make me forget about it’s god point . Our experience: 1 . During check in (2pm ) , only 1 room available . So we wait until 5pm get another rooms ( went to the nearby shopping mall for lunch while waiting ). 2. The 2nd room with plenty defectives that other ppl mentioned before , but we want to try our luck , so you know my answers already ….. the sensors light is defective , so it’s hard for me to insert the room card ( we did call and the front desk staff said they off the sensor already , but our first room just in function ). The second days , toilet defective , when we try to open the tank , there is some tissue paper inside ( don’t know when or who make it ) , so I need to bear until the next day morning , if the nature is call , we decided just wear the pyjamas and go to lobby toilets . I’m very angry so I just mention , no need come and fix, we want to rest because the first day complaint also ignored. ) 3.Room soundproof failed , during midnight can hear ppl laugh and singing every night . 4. Smoking cigarettes smell will come anytime , if anyone with asthma or respiratory problems please don’t ever choose here . 5. Breakfast : still acceptable but not worth with the money . 6. Laundry DIY services : 2 washers and 2 dryers - if you want to wash please stay there until finish , people will cut queue by taking out your laundry ( this really make me feel unpleasant in Hangzhou ) . So end up with we bring our clothes back to room in half dry condition. Not much photo taken because not a pleasant experience until we have no mood to take photo ..

Convenient location, free warm water during the winter session is warm hearted. Overall it is a good stay for family travelers.
