We truly enjoyed our stay, top facilities, excellent and professional service staff especially Shawn, Lance and a female receptionist who helped me with Tao Bao purchase. They are so patient, friendly and helpful, 5 star indeed. Rooms are spacious, very clean, modern and new. Excellent breakfast buffet spread. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again. The kids were entertained by the conceirge robot.

Mr. Wenhao is a great supervisor to answer all questions and provide guidelines on public transportation and attractions. The hotel is by the Qiantan river.

The Rome is nice big and clean, gym is great. Breakfast is ok, All day dining… nobody lights are off, staff disappear, menus are really dirty, service needs to be trained

Nice looking hotel, clean and new. Standard of the fixtures and fittings are high. Good breakfast. Only problem was that upon checking in I had to request a change of rooms twice due to previous patrons having smoked in the rooms.

The location is nice, room was clean and nice. We were traveling during Chinese new year. The swimming pool was closed, no one informed us in advance that it's gonna be closed these days. Beside that, the breakfast was delicious.

Another great experience! Best beds for chilling and rooms with a river view. The staff is friendly and most speak English. The breakfast has plenty of Western and Chinese options. We also enjoy the executive package. It was a little cheaper booking it directly with the hotel than through a booking app. It’s our favorite place in Hangzhou for a quick getaway!
