The cleanliness could be slightly better and it could be better to provide a clothing rack to hang as there were limited hooks to hang clothes and towel. Overall the environment was really nice and chill there.

DOMO Villa is the best choice I made to stay in Hangzhou. The service is excellent and they always accommodate to your needs if any. They also operate a cafe and the ambiance is very pleasant. I will choose this place for my next visit to Hangzhou.

Have a great and comfortable stay for 4 nights. They even upgrade our room to a bigger room. Have a coffee adn dessert every morning at their cafe below. One of the best coffee no doubt. They even gave us scone which is very delicious and some free gifts. Overall, quite satisfied with DOMO. recommended. will come back stay at here again if visit Hangzhou again.

Toilet condition may not be the best, but the aesthetics of the room make up for it. Staff service was amazing, provided welcome pastries upon arrival and accommodated to our requests as much as possible. It was a pleasant stay.

Very deserving of a 5-star rating! Check-in was fast and smooth. The exterior and interiors of the place are top notch. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating throughout our entire stay. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. 👍

Hotel Location is near to the tourist attraction area,  quiet and no noise, cozy place for staycation.

Checked in late but didn’t pose any issues; the front desk people are helpful and made me feel at home with the gifts showered (welcome door gift - the scones are awesome and cheesecake). Premises are clean and also mad pretty; you could probably steal many instagrammable shots! Location is great as well, walk down the slope and you’ll find hangzhou zoo. Cycling/ bus seemed like the best option for me My only grip is that the toilet seat wasn’t warm, also wished that there had been USB charging points instead of the conventional ones

All staffs are very welcoming and friendly. Room is clean and always has many small surprises from lovely staffs.

房間很滿意，歐式簡單風，老闆是用心的，是低配民宿不可比的。服務也很好，前台小夥話不多，但眼裡是有活的。旁邊不遠就有電瓶車租借，假期裏的堵車太可怕了。五一價格漲的也不算太離譜，對比周邊幾個民宿。唯一就是地理位置，其實車不限行的，但好幾個打車平台都給劃入了禁行區，最後是曹操出行總算能夠直達。

非常美好的住宿經驗。地點好，推窗即見遠山，山坡民居各有特色，且提供各弍餐飲。有龍井茶茶農及茶園讓我們有第一手的龍井茶文化體認。太滿意了！ 店家的服務特好，抵達當天下著雨，工作人員立即冒雨為我們搬行李撐傘。有額外需求時也都盡量滿足，完美詮釋顧客至上。讓我們這幾位年長旅客感受到絕對的貼心服務。工作人員給予各方面的信息，讓我們三天的西湖行成為 旅程中難忘的回憶。 希望不久後再度到西湖四眼井的豆苿享受完全放鬆的度假生活。同時也將向各方親友推薦位於西湖畔的豆苿民宿，希望大家在西湖旅遊時能得到最舒心的時光。

房間很乾凈，小院的環境也特別好，服務態度也很好，行李箱很重，上下樓都能幫着拿，下樓的咖啡館特別出片，還送了小點心眼罩和耳塞，枕頭尤其是舒服，我這種認床的人都一夜好眠！ 離西湖很近，值得推薦！
