During my stay, no amenities were provided, despite those advertised. Furthermore, the room emitted an odd smell, reminiscent of an old relic or something antiquated. The entire hotel was permeated with this scent. However, the most distressing aspect was the complete absence of water pressure in the shower. I assure you, it was not a joke; there was absolutely no water pressure.

After checkin in the hotel, I found the room air conditioning was leaking. So I went to the lobby to complain about it and they immediately upgraded my room. It was an excellent service.

Old style classic design hotel. Bathtub in the room was really big ! Staff didn’t speak English but they tried to be helpful ! Excellent breakfast! Chef recognized me every morning and remembered which ingredients I use for soup !

Conveniently located for a stress-free commute to the West Lake area, this hotel initially seemed like a great choice. However, our excitement was short-lived. The swimming pool, a major draw for us on a sweltering summer day, proved to be a letdown. The hotel's once-grand ambiance, reminiscent of its heyday in the early 2000s, sadly felt dated. Moreover, two members of our group of seven suffered bites from bed bugs, a disappointing and uncomfortable experience. Reception staff were helpful and friendly.

服務周到，賓至如歸，酒店的服務讓人印象深刻，前台辦理入住和退房的速度很快，態度也很熱情。房間打掃得很乾凈，服務員會及時更換毛巾和洗漱用品。如果有什麼需求，衹要給前台打電話，他們都會很快過來幫忙解決，感覺很貼心。

酒店距離地鐵站僅100米，交通便利程度簡直無可挑剔。出了酒店大門，步行不到兩分鐘就能到達地鐵站，無論是前往市區的熱門景點，還是去其他區域辦事，都能輕鬆抵達。地鐵站周邊的商業設施也很完善，購物、用餐都很方便，為我的出行提供了極大的便利。 特別誇讚一下，歺廳大姐很熱情哦！

交通便利，出行方便，酒店位置很不錯，就在婺江路333號，距離地鐵站很近，出行非常方便。無論是去西湖遊玩還是去市區辦事，都能輕鬆到達。周邊交通四通八達，打車也很方便，為我的行程節省了很多時間。

環境：高級乾淨，位置也很便利，不管是打車還是地鐵都很方便 服務：熱情周到 衞生：整潔，房間內配備齊全，窗外風景也不錯 設施：便利，樓下大堂設施完備，方便使用

周邊環境：酒店周邊挺方便的，附近有幾家小超市，買東西很方便。吃飯的地方也多，有幾家小店的飯菜還挺好吃，價格也不貴。而且離公交站也不遠，出去玩坐車挺方便的。

房間能看到錢塘江，周圍環境不錯，離地鐵站很近，去西湖交通方便，雖然裝修有點老了，但五一這個時間點還是很有性價比的。
