Who wants silence, cosiness and comfort - this is the place for you! Hangzhou Linan Tuankou Zhongan Radon Hotspring Resort impresses with its variety of hot springs and entertainment for children. The staff is very friendly and professional, they responded to our requests very quickly. We will remember our staying in the villa for a long time: clean, spacious, secluded, has its own hot spring and pool. Breakfast and dinner menu are for every taste. You will not be able to get around all the springs in two days because there are many of them and they are diverse. So we want to come back here for more days for sure! And we will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and acquaintances.

Overall stay was nice in the hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast had many western and Chinese options, which were good. Our package included indoor hot-spring experience which was suitable considering the cold weather outside. Only disappointment was 'Nausicaa of the Wind Tour Ticket' which was included in the package while booking from trip.com. In trip.com under package details it was mentioned that it was a scenic stop/park and we thought entry to that place is free but additional rides are payable. This information was absolutely misleading as after wasting lot of time, the information we received (after calling the provided contact number, talking with Hotel staff) was 'Nausicaa of the Wind Tour Ticket' was not located in or nearby the hotel but was in a totally far-off place. No clear information was provided by calling the contact number on how to use the offer as mentioned in trip.com booked package description. Either trip.com should remove that offer or provide a clear description about the location of that place, with pictures if possible, otherwise people will feel lucrative about the offer and go for the booking which actually is misleading.

i have been to the hot springs three times before but I had never stayed at the hotel. This was my first time. I imagine the receptionist felt a little nervous when faced with two foreigners and maybe she felt shy. However, I found her lack of greeting, not a 你好 or 下午好， a little cold. When she did communicate with us, it was in super fast Mandarin to which I requested 请慢慢说 to no avail. She repeated just as fast twice more. I felt frustrated and then resorted to using a translation app. She called over an English-speaking Indonesian staff member. I don’t have the expectation that people will speak English to me, but I do appreciate slowing down in Mandarin and using simpler language. Hand gestures help a lot also. I wish she had told us the WiFi password, and where to access the hot springs. These are two key pieces of information a receptionist should provide when you check into a hot springs hotel. Our room had plastic flip flops to be worn to the hot springs. My pair had two left feet. When I showed the staff member on the second floor, she was helpful and got me a new pair. The hot springs were lovely, as usual. The buffet breakfast was better than the buffet dinner. The layout of the hotel leaves you walking from building to building. At first it’s confusing, but then it becomes okay.

So good hotel

It is difficult to rate the location....far away from the trainstation. If you go to a place like that, you know what you get. Facilities are not new but all ok. In some of the various swimming pools, the water quality seemed to be not very good (not talking about the hot terms). The staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing I really need to complain about is the food quality (I considered that in the "Cleanliness"). At the first breakfast there was something wrong with the apples, honeymelons and yoghurt (although it was packed and the expiration date was ok). I had chinese soup on the pool on the afternoon that tasted old and not good too. The food on the other days seemed to be ok although I didn`t eat much anymore. Afterall I had physical problems for 5 days.

Love this place. I have stayed here 3 times, and been to their hot springs 4 times total. For Tuankou town, this hotel is the best. The hot tubs are wonderful, so many different ones and different temperatures, it never gets boring. Gorgeous landscaping around the hot tubs. The buffets are great, too! Nice and efficient staff, as well. Can't wait to go back again.

環境非常好，服務人員都很熱情。衞生也不錯。雖然酒店有些年頭了，但是房間很乾凈。 温泉有室內和室外，端午節下雨了基本衹能室內，池子有很多個，小孩子玩水很高興。美中不足儲物櫃挺麻煩，更衣室裏的還不能直接用？邏輯有點問題，讓你去前台辦理xxx手續。麻煩。 贈送的自助餐非常好，種類多、食材也不錯，我覺得在杭州市區和得兩百多的標準了。小孩子另收99元。 總體來説這次入住很滿意，下次短途休假還選這裏！

週末周邊遊首選就是臨安這家温泉酒店了。初夏天氣微涼，温泉池的水温可以。酒店的生態環境非常好，娛樂設施豐富。除了温泉和水樂園，園區裏有博物館，可以帶孩子瞭解巖石知識及温泉形成原理。還有一個萌寵樂園可以餵養小動物。總之2天1晚親子游不會枯燥，還能邊玩邊學，小朋友玩的非常開心。

錯峯出遊真的好太多了，哪哪都是包場的感覺，到酒店，前台小姐姐就很熱情的給我們辦了入住，耐心介紹了酒店遊玩設施，入住很順利，房間也很好，雖然開始擔心會比較老舊，但是入住後果斷打消這個念頭啦，哈哈，很滿意的一次體驗，下次再帶家人來玩一下😀😍

這次入住真的超滿意！酒店環境太棒了，峇裏島風格設計很有格調，温泉池種類多乾淨又舒服。房間不大但床品柔軟，一覺睡到自然醒。服務員態度親切，早餐品種豐富。早晨在酒店外圍走了一圈風景優美空氣清新太治癒了，強烈推薦給想放鬆的朋友們！
