Haoyi Hotel(Hangzhou West Lake Southern Song Yujie store) recensioner

We had a lovely stay here, especially 瑞瑞 is very kind and helpful. We checked in before 12 oclock which is convenient for us. Pillow is also comfortable. Hotel location is perfect, close to Xi Hu, Qing He Fang, in77 mall, and metro station. Robot is available in the hotel to help guests.

The location is walking distance to Hefang street. the room is very neat and at a reasonable price.

Location strategy at 三元坊, near by alot of stores and good services. Thank for the souvenir from the hotel.

1-Star Stay – Noisy Room, Rude Staff & Fake Review Tactics I’m glad I only stayed one night at this hotel. Despite requesting a quiet, NON-corner room in advance, I was given a noisy CORNER room with zero regard for my needs. When I complained, the receptionist dismissed me and told me to cancel my booking if I wasn’t happy—completely unprofessional. The worst part? At checkout, the staff offered me "雪花酥" in exchange for a 5-star review. This proves they care more about fake ratings than fixing real issues. Avoid this hotel if you expect honesty, good service, or a peaceful stay. PS: The room size is extremely small for even just 2 ladies to walk around.

Really surprised by the high quality of the hotel . Good location close to the metro and touristic center. The staff speak English and wre very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Room is on the small side considering it's in china. Toilet is feeling Abit run down. The charger plugs on my side is broken... Overall I find it Abit painful to stay in. It's acceptable but comparing with the one I had in another city with the same price, this is considered not very good... Not bed bugs or things like that so still ok. Location is fine, behind is the walking street

Located nearby to the main attraction 南宋御街，few mins walking from Metro, and just behind 凤凰寺。You can also walk or rent a bicycle to Westlake, about 1.5km distance. Hotel is not that big, no bidet but clean and service is good, staffs are friendly and free coffee provided (Luckin coffee beans).

Hotel location is near and convenient. It is my first time booking at this location and I never regret it. There is also a bar just right beside the hotel namely “Tapdog” which opens till midnight. I will come back to this hotel again. Thank you so much. At the end of my stay, the hotel staff also give me freebies such as their local delight pastries, totally appreciate their hospitality and services.

Hotel Haoyi is in a nice neighborhood, near West lake, and very convenient for public transportation. The staffs are nice and support us a lot even we are not in the same language.

Hotel is in a great location, when you walk out from the hotel you can see there are lots of restaurants and cafes on the street. There is a Lawson just opposite the hotel. Very convenient. Cleaniness: good overall, just the bathroom has an odour smell. The rest is good.

Convenient location, walking proximity to West Lake, Hefang and in77 (city centre). There are many shops nearby. Staff is friendly enough and helped me order takeaway. Breakfast is included but not anything special

Good service. The location is near to a metro station and shopping street and west lake. (Note: When using Didi to drop off at the hotel, choose the hotel parking 停车场 for more convenient drop off.)

Nice hotel with friendly staff , close distance to dingan station exit d . Easy to walk to hefang old street . Take didi to xihu in just 5 mins.. Best location to recommend u guys stay here
