Nice 5-star hotel with really good price. However, it’s not that close to metro station. Bus stop is just outside, can go most of attractions. Highly recommend to stay here.

Old building and rooms, super dark and seems more a motel because in the rooms you can find condoms… bad smell with the moquette. One door of the bathroom was broke. The only good thing is the breakfast very various and tasty

Very classy hotel with amazing amenities. The gym is lovey with an outdoor roof where you can do exercise. Would highly recommend.

good quality. Ettiquete. decor and staff support. rooms are maintained well despite the draft that hotel is old. however, Toileteries are not provided due to green environmental behavior adoption. but if you ask for it, the staff provides free of cost.

Very nice hotel in Hangzhou. The room amenities and design is perfect! Love the spa in hotel very much! Will do it everyday if I live in there. Their staff is nice!

I had a wonderful stay at!! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. 5/5 stars!

hotel is not fit fr travelers,who look for contemporary room, very old furnitures to b refurbished, bed is very hard, aircon is very poor, bathroom to be renovated.location is bad .

Good location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They shared a wechat so we could communicate and ask for things. Took bags to our room. Breakfast was good. Even prepared a breakfast for us the second day when we had to leave early for a flight and would miss breakfast. Room was nice.

Quite rundown the hotel. need renovation. It is quite different from the pictures shown in the trip.com as compare to the real one.

Everything was good except air-condition , they don’t operate it unless temperature is 26 and more. 5 star hotel with only fan! Unbelievable unacceptable. Not mentioned even during my booking in trip.com
