Zhejiang Railway City Square Hotel recensioner

Excellent location! Friendly front desk and spacious room.

Front desk staff are not welcoming especially the male staff who is very grouchy. Hotel is very old and have very unpleasant smell along the corridors and room. It is located at a old railway station and metro station which is quite far from the high speed station. There are food stalls opposite the hotels where the train station is. You have to pay to use the washing machine and dryer which is located at the 10th floor. Tea that is in front of the receptionist are not refilled and is only available in the mornings. I definately won't be staying in this hotel again if I go to Hangzhou.

The staff was very polite and spoke decent English. Location is super convenient if you are arriving at Hangzhou railway station. Pleasantly surprised and most likely will stay here again.

The location is the most superb for this hotel, it’s near train and subway station so it’s very easy to get around. There are a lot of stores and restaurants around the hotel. The room was really wide.

老牌的三星酒店，在杭州站上方，座地鐵公交出行很方便，屋內設備老舊，但是細節不錯。雙層玻璃隔音好，空調熱水給力，五一假日也沒有亂漲價，性價比很高。 唯一不足是退房那天早上淋浴室出現一衹拇指大的大強，南方城市在所難免，出現的時機正好，要不然就不會連住3天了。

不足：房間整體裝修比較老舊，沒有靈活的淋浴噴頭，是浴缸式固定淋浴頭，洗澡就會把頭髮打濕了，也不提供涼拖鞋，衹提供一次性的無紡布拖鞋，洗澡容易打濕。早上還跳閘斷電，洗手間沒有窗户也比較小，很黑，打完服務電話來的很慢，早上七點就退房了，這個價格體驗感比較差。 優點：親子家庭主題套房，有個小孩單獨玩耍的房間，空間較大。整體衞生清潔度還可以。

老牌國營酒店很靠譜，在杭州這類熱門旅遊城市算得上性價比太高了。杭州火車站上來地面就是酒店，無縫連結，出行至各景點，地鐵和交通也非常方便。衞生在線，服務規範，前一晚標房，後一晚單人房，因為不想搬行李，和酒店申請繼續同一標房，酒店很人性，一口答應。下次還會來，還會推薦給周邊人。

房間很舊，位置確實很好，到哪裡都很方便，晚上回來準備洗澡才發現洗浴設施不好使，又找來維修人員修理，設備真的很舊，衞生條件很一般，比較陳舊，需要改進一下房間衞生

酒店就在城站旁邊，出門就是1號線和5號線，還有各種公交，五一出行實在太方便了。前台小姐姐很nice，給我們升級了家庭房，住的很舒適，下次還定你們家！

來杭州玩，位置非常好，清明也沒有漲價的很離譜，就在火車站樓上，很便捷。 老牌酒店，設定確實比較老了，空調按鈕比較老不知道夏天怎麼樣，春天住的還可以的。

衞生間稍微差點，噴頭壞了，而且是浴缸，其他都挺好的，出門就有地鐵，非常方便。這個價格這個品質，還是不錯的

物超所值。除設施稍陳舊，一切都不錯。隔音玻璃很給力，下雨天直接就入住火車站了，方便得很。大堂服務也好，房間不小，床鋪也行。 一路出差半個多月，這少有物超所值的。
