I had a wonderful stay here! The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the subway, which made getting around the city super easy. There are plenty of great eating spots nearby, from quick bites to cozy cafes and restaurants. I also loved that most major attractions weren't too far away. The neighborhood felt safe and lively, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Would definitely recommend and book again!

Pretty new unit, clean and with good daylight. The apartment is just a short walking distance from the Hangzhou East Station, which is also connected to the subway station. There are many dining options available within walks from the apartment building. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Apartment is near HangZhou East railway and a metro. It is link direct to mall which connect to Metro. Nearby got a lot of food eateries. Can’t go hungry. Walking distance to Hypermarket. Convenient store is just opposite the block 8 which I stay. This area quite central which I can get to the places of interest in 1/2 hour. Room is nice. High ceiling. Bed and TV on loft. I got a room with dinning table and a couch. Comfortable when back from sightseeing. Heater, towel and amenities all provided. Have washing machine but without dryer. If to have microwave. Then will be perfect.

Si viajas desde la estación del este (Hangzhoudong), la ubicación es una maravilla, vas caminando en un momento. En cuanto a la habitación, el diseño es muy guay pero está muy descuidada y es una pena, sobre todo el baño que personalmente me parece primordial que esté limpio y no era así, las toallas olían un poco a tabaco. Por suerte solo pasamos una noche. Comentar también que nos costó un poco llegar con la ubicación, hay que contactar por WeChat para hacer el check in autónomo y fue un poco lioso en nuestro caso porque hay varios edificios iguales en la zona y nos tuvieron que ayudar en otro para contactar, porque desde trip me ponía que llamásemos por teléfono únicamente y no teníamos línea. Quizás pecamos un poco de novatos pero creo que se puede dejar más claro aquí en la app.

酒店的位置非常好，對面就是杭州東站，樓下餐飲店很多，還有盒馬鮮生。房間設施齊全，乾淨衞生，明亮通風，環境安靜，管家服務細緻周到。就是第一次來的時候稍微有點難找，屬於悦郡城9棟，其實導航到杭州萬象滙更好找。

第二次入住了，對這家酒店一直都充滿期待和滿意。 ①交通，位於杭州東站，地鐵出站口交通方便，出門就是萬象城吃玩看電影都有，對於我們來杭州旅遊是個極好的住處。 ②服務：對比別家的傲慢無禮，這家的客服也是貼心周到的。 ③衞生：跟上次一樣，乾淨整潔。沒有異味。配套也很齊全。不管是浴巾還是洗漱用品，淋浴都滿足我的需求。樓上樓下的複式結構也給了我充分的空間，可以度過閑居小日子。 ④性價比很好，尤其是在旅遊旺季。還能有這個價格，着實是體恤我們的微薄收入下次還來。

位置絕佳！從火車東站地鐵J口出來左拐僅二三十米即到，交通超便利，地鐵公交四通八達。雖處繁華地段，卻鬧中取靜，房間窗外風景宜人，晚上格外安靜。衞生打掃及時，房間整潔舒適。最愛的是靠近杭州萬象滙，周邊超多美食，吃喝逛玩一站式搞定！強烈推薦～
