Blossom House Xixi Hangzhou recensioner

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. The staff was very kind and patient, helping us with all our needs, even for activities outside the hotel. As foreigners who don't speak Chinese we had a bit of difficulties by ordering dinner delivery and finding local shops for manicure or silk. The stuff was not only very patient with us, but also always found great solutions for us! They also organized a morning Tai Chi lesson. The location of the hotel is surrounded by greenery, perfect for enjoying peace and quietness even in a big city like Hangzhou. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, mainly Chinese (delicious!) but also western. The room was very spacious, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Among the most comfortable bed sheets we've slept in. Absolutely to be recommended. We will definitely come back.

The check-in was a little slow for our foreign guests and the service staff appeared to be a bit disorganized. Some rooms were very hot as the air conditioner was not turned on prior to our arrival.

-no elevator n no porter n had to lift the baggage by ourselves - shower room does not hv door n water spilling all around. One of friends' room, the drainage of showergfloor is blocked n whole floor id flooded/wet - the pillows are stiff that make sleeping, not good

Great environment and service

Amazing amenity, great location next to Xixi wetland park. Enjoy swimming at the outdoor pool. Beware of mosquitos since the hotel is next to the wetland and small ponds.

寵物友好酒店，奔着寵物友好來的，酒店就在西溪濕地裏麪，周邊環境綠意清幽，五一假期之後錯峯出行人少安靜，濕地公園到處走走不錯🌿🌿🐶🌸 酒店設施環境不錯，服務友善親切，適合在酒店發呆，清晨各種鳥兒歡叫，看見好幾衹喜鵲（果然那天比較好運🍀）。酒店早餐不錯，還有免費旅拍沒來得及體驗。房間裏的飲料都是免費提供。 酒店大草坪狗狗玩的很開心，還提供寵物禮包和早餐，狗子喜歡的地方💕💕，貼心隨時可取驅蚊花露水和驅蚊貼紙可愛。

住之前還有點忐忑，但實際居住體驗很好！酒店環境不錯，就在西溪濕地景區龍舌嘴入口附近（距離周家村入口也不遠），酒店院子不小，隨便走走轉轉都很舒適。寵物友好，能看到其他人帶的小狗，前台還領養了一衹特別可愛的三花（就叫三花哈哈）。特別要感謝工作人員，服務又熱情又有分寸，前台小哥哥小姐姐提供了很多幫助，事事有迴應。酒店還有免費的旅拍和手工活動，旅拍出片效果很好，也沒有額外推銷；帶做手工的小姐姐也很nice（記得是kitty小姐姐），一直加班到陪我們做完，度過了非常開心的下午和傍晚。整體都非常適合staycation，悠悠閑閑的慢生活！

周邊環境不錯，走出去就是西溪國家公園。走幾步就到公園門口。旁邊有間新榮記。房間裝修就一般般吧。用料都好一般。早餐還不錯，還是個寵物共融的酒店。 不過這個價錢性價比還可以啦，也不要那麼多要求了。
