Hangzhou Qiyue Westlake Songyin Hotel recensioner

Very near to West Lake西湖and just beside Yin Tai Shopping Mall, we get the large room and strongly recommend u to get it because it is limited edition. We also booking for Tatami but not that recommend because just Rm10 different.

The hotel is just right next to the shopping mall IN77, and walkable distance to the West Lake. Superb location. Booked a room with window, but is actually kinda fake? The window is open to a sealed space, feels like an enclosure. The bathroom is poorly designed, everytime after the shower, whole bathroom gets flooded….

Really great hotel in excellent location next to in77 shopping centre. The staff were friendly enough to get by with minimal English. Breakfast was mediocre for my taste (warm orange juice…), but had a range of selections for most people. We only used breakfast once in our 3 day stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Lots of different light settings, automatic curtains, kettle and bathroom amenities. Would have helped if there was a small fridge in the mini-bar. Comfy bed and high pressure shower! There is a self-service laundry on floor 4, but only two machines (one was broken during our stay). Using the washing machine is free and detergent is provided, but there may be a wait if someone is already using it. We set a timer so we could go back when the previous cycle finished. The machine is a dryer as well, but doesn’t dry well (recommend spinning at high speed and then hanging in your room). No other facilities in this hotel were used. Most mornings there was a smoking smell coming from the corridor, possibly from other clients staying in the hotel? I found a cigarette butt by the lift on floor 6, but the hotel policy is no smoking… overall, a very good value stay for the location within walking distance to Xihu/Westlake and nearby shops. The rooms we booked were very nice and I recommend them.

Convenient location, nice and clean room.

No floor heating. Panoramic View is not like the picture shown. (NO VIEW AT ALL!!) I stay for 4days 3 nights but THEY NEVER CHANGE MY BEDSHEET!!!! Toilet bowl didn’t wash daily. Bathrobe never change. Breakfast very little to choose. Staff cant speak English. And hotel ALLOWED guests to smoke in public area. Washing Machine has 2 and 1 spoiled another ones can’t dry the shirt well. Only good thing is beside of the shopping mall. If you come in the winter and expect to use bathtub please run away ! Toilet very cold will not make you comfort as your expectation.

We love this location of the hotel. It’s super convenient surrounding by shopping malls and restaurants. Walking distance to the Xihu lake which is the highlight of the trip. Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is good but less variety for westerners. Bed and pillows were super comfortable we slept in 10 hours a night! 😬
