The hotel has a perfect location — right next to the old town and very close to the bus stop, which makes it super convenient to explore Hangzhou. The room is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff are friendly and always ready to help whenever needed. Highly recommended!

Some Cons: some walking distance to metro, room sound insulation can be improved, there is only 1 washer and 1 dryer for the whole compound.
However, personal, I the the Pros outweighs the con, the receptionists are friendly, the room is very cosy and comfy, it play soft music whenever you enter the room, the shower pressure us strong and is separated from the toilet. There are a number of buses to get around the cities or to connect to metro. Nearby there is the famous 大马弄 morning market, then just less than 100 meter, there is also a famous soy milk beancurd stall. The from tower is also just 10mins walk from hotel. I would come back to stay here.

The hotel has beautiful surroundings and is located next to local restaurants, market, and mini markets.. All room appliances functioned well. They have free use of the washing machine.

Excellent location, lots of local foods just outside hotels, also not far from west lake which is the most attractive tour location, lot of young people from all over the country, good city & good people here.

The front desk lady was helpful and the guy was very kind . I left my luggage and picked it up later. He even offered water for free. Hesitated in the beginning because there was only one review but no regrets. love their hospitality and their late check out.

The hotel is good. The location is nearly Qingha street. It is a famous market street. There is a lot of food street. I tasted at 2 delicous restaurants. One of them is Michellin star. It is not far to go for a walk to West lake.
I was enjoyed the time in Hangzhou.

Some rooms don't have windows and the bed in the tatam roomi is not really a tatami, but rather a normal matrace laying on the floor. No sound insulation, so I barely got any sleep. I was woken up at 2 am, and could listen clearly what people in the room next to mine were discussing. In the morning, again I could hear alarm clocks from other rooms...
