Beryl Signature Hotel & Travel recensioner

The hotel was located in the city center and was perfect for a short trip of some days. The hotel stuff was pretty nice and very friendly.

The staffs are helpful and the room is clean. I ordered a room for 3, expecting there would be 3 sets of water bottles, glasses, towels etc, but they only provided 2 sets.

Nice Hotel and Service, Room was clean, airconditioning work very good. A Lot of Cofee shops and snackbar around the Hotel. Train street Le Duan 20min away. To Airport 45min by Taxi managed by Hotelcrew. Was perfect organized. Thank you ;)

It was a very good and centrally located hotel within the Old Quarters. it made getting around easy and simple. I think it was great to have them upgrade my hotel room and I do not want to imagine what I originally booked. Don't get me wrong, it was a nice hotel and my upgrade room was great! I think I was upgraded to a superior suite in which it can fit a family. hahaha It was a decent size room and comfortable. I think my biggest concern here was basically the mosquitos that kept coming in. The bathtub always felt like it was going to break though, and no hot water was available while I was there, which was hard to shower when the temperature dropped and too cold to shower. The most disappointing thing here was no breakfast at all...I didn't realize when they didn't let you get breakfast while booking a room also meant no kitchen at all and no breakfast whatsoever. I think this is the biggest negative to the hotel (I'm not one to get up early and go searching for food hahaha). However, if you are one to go searching and exploring early in the morning then do not let that deter you from booking here...it really is a nice hotel. Though, those being some negatives, the good was the staff! They were all so very helpful, nice and willing to meet my needs. If I had a question or concern they were always there to help. I think this made the bad seem like nonsense which was great! Although I did have some negatives, I still think it is a decent hotel to stay in. They are really very helpful and kind. They also have airport service which was great to have and made transferring much easier. It is overall a good and centrally located hotel!

Hervorragendes Hotel mitten in Hanoi! Sehr empfehlenswert für einen Stadttrip. Sehr aufmerksames Personal (insbesondere Chloe). Auf Anfrage, ob sie etwas für ein Familienmitglied- welches Geburtstag hatte- arrangieren könnten, haben sie einen Kuchen sowie einen Obstteller bereitgestellt. Das Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Varianten anbieten.

房間小，有個暗窗，對着樓道，不能打開。但是晚上樓道燈光照進來很亮，體驗感不好。服務態度挺好的，入住的時候房間沒打掃出來，讓我等了2小時，就送了早餐，和半價的按摩

I found this hotel to exceed my expectations in every way. Value for money was excellent. All of the staff were professional and friendly. The room was excellent, spacious and clean. The location is perfect within the Old Quarter area of Hanoi. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Friendly staff, but terrible restaurant, the rooms are not isolated for noise and it's pretty cold inside a room in December. Charging a 5-star hotel price, but offering a less than 3 star experience. But you must book it to experience it yourself...

We chose this hotel based on the excellent reviews for Avani Central Hanoi Hotel, its other name. While it’s in a good location, and the staff were friendly, this hotel was a let down and the room sub optimal. Our room smelt so bad from the bathroom with a terrible damp problem. There were clear signs of mould in the bathroom and bedroom and given the noise at night, we could not sleep with the window or balcony door open to eliminate the really intense smell. We had the air-conditioner going at night to try to move air around the room and that also posed a problem as it had a really bright light on it that was like a torch shining! We did 2 nights here so tolerated it, but if staying at longer, I’d be worried about the health implications. Beds were hard as rocks too. Would not stay here again.

Location- Its a great location and just a 7-10 minutes walk to the Old Quarter area which is the most charming part of Hanoi. The walk to the Old Quarter area is filled with local shops, cafes that have the charming Vietnamese low seating outside, sugarcane juice machines, banh mi stalls (yum!) and buildings all vibrantly painted and full of character. Its also very close to the famous Train street. Staff- I wanted this point to come first actually because having supportive staff in a foreign country is a big source of comfort. Our flight landed in the middle of the night which meant we reach our hotel by approximately 4am. It was a little unnerving trying to find the place in darkness (despite Google maps- which by the way, works there). But as soon as they saw us alighting our cab, they came rushing to help us with luggage and to check it. Apart from that, they were also very helpful in guiding us to local places around Hanoi. The rooms and cleanliness etc- The rooms are beautiful, spacious and luxurious. Our room had wooden flooring and a wall and ceiling combination of grey and white. Beautiful picture frames of Vietnamese culture are put up all over the hotel. The bathroom was also nice and spacious with a bathtub and a shower area. Loved the experience and would definitely go back there to stay when I visit Hanoi again :)
