CAMELLIA RESIDENCE HANOI recensioner

The Christmas decoration was on point, very festive! Interior was clean and quite spacious. Very well located with lots of local cafes and restaurants nearby. We also loved the hotel dog who greeted us every time we entered and left the lobby. She was the cutest and sweetest dog ever!

The residence was clean and capacious. They don't speak english, but polite and agreeable during the stay - enjoyable all until check out in. We were charged for barely visible stains on two pillowcases (for 200k vnd = just less than 8USD). I am pretty sure it wasn't made by us as we did nothing but sleep on the pillows and didn't put them on the floor or anywhere else. As it wasn't a big sum in comparison to the hotel room cost (we stayed for 6 nights) and we were in a hurry to airport, we decided to pay without arguing. But we weren't allowed to leave until they check the room carefully, and they asked us to pay 20k vnd per bottle of drinking water (on check-in we were told specifically water was free, and check the minibar menu for other items, and the menu didn't even have a price for water so it is up to them whatever they want to charge) I will never stay here again. Although the stay itself was enjoyable , it will be a stress to have to to check all the items and linens in the room before your stay (in case they want to charge you for damage of any item), or else be ready for the stress of being charged for multiple items you can't imagine of on check out. It feels to me they are still the straightforward Vietnamese people not trying to hoax tourists. But it just isn't a smart business idea (in an otherwise beautiful establishment) to making guests feel unsafe and stressed that they may have to argue and be charged extra for unexpected items on check out and spending time arguing with language barrier towards the end of a supposedly relaxing trip when on a rush to airport. What is the point of charging guests for multiple items when they may be only a small fraction of the relatively high room price (we paid a premium for staying over Christmas, as expected for any hotel in that period) - they were trying to charge me around 1-2% of my total hotel stay fee for the , with persistence of accusing us that it is definitely our fault - that felt very accusatory. I am sure we would never be charged these staying in any other international chain hotel or airbnb. attached are photos of the minibar menu, and the photo they took of the stain on pillow they charged us for)

If you are interested in Vietnamese style of room. Highly recommended. The location is great

Room is big and comfort. Facilities was perfect! The lady who in frontdesk was so nice and helpful but very poor in english,so we need to spent time to communicate with..😅😅. But beside that everything was good to stay here. And the pho Infront the hotel was so delicious 👍🏻.

第二次住了，體驗很好。這次是靠裏的queen size床，窗户是連天井，房子面積比較小但五臟俱全，不靠馬路比較安靜

5樓房間的窗是緊貼一睹牆，毫無採光和景色可言，白天也都需要開燈，房內的光源也很慘白和刺眼。感覺風水不好。除了價錢也找不到推薦的理由！

Отель находится в хорошем районе, в шаговой доступности магазины, массажные салоны, торговый центр. Есть возможность заселения раньше заезда (14-00) за дополнительную плату. Номер отличный, был второй этаж с видом на улицу- все удобства есть и изобилии, особенно полезно наличие стиральной и сушильной машин. PS главный охранник этого отеля остался в сердечке - маленький пес по имени Ын (надеюсь правильно) встретит Вас и не даст соскучится - милое создание)

호안끼엠 호수에서 2키로 정도 떨어져 있어서, 매번 그랩으로 이동했습니다. 시설은 레지던스 호텔이라, 침실과 거실(간이주방)이 분리되어 있고, 욕조도 있어서 반신욕하기 좋습니다. 청결은 깔끔하기는 하나, 크게 보이지 않는 부분이나 선반은 먼지가 있어서 닦고 사용했습니다. 레지던스라 특별한 서비스는 없고, 세탁세제는 요청 시 2개 정도 받아서 사용했습니다. 4박 동안 룸 청소나 수건 교체는 없었습니다. 유료 음료, 술, 물, 간식들이 있어서 체크아웃 때 계산하면 됩니다. 체크인 할 때 수건중에 지저분한게 있어서 교체 요청할까 하다가, 크게 개의치 않고 사용했다가 체크아웃 때 돈 냈습니다. 공항 드랍 기사가 기다리고 있어 길게 아웅다웅 할 여유도 없고, 마지막 여행 기분을 망치고 싶지 않아 그냥 지불했으나 공항가는 길은 기분은 살짝 언짢더라구요. 번화가에서 벗어나 시끄럽지 않은 호텔이었고, 주변에 식당이나 카페가 많아서 나름 주변에서 식사나 음료도 즐기기 좋습니다. 호텔 바로 앞 아침부터 점심까지 운영하는 쌀국수집, 정말 맛있더라구요! 한 그릇에 2천원 정도! 한 번 들러 보시길 추천해요~

性價比高，法式的建築，法式的裝修風格，晚上還有人值守，離景點遠了一點點。整體還是很不錯的。給了好評。

很滿意，下樓就有河粉吃，位子也不錯。主要是酒店設施很可以，朋友訂了其他酒店都很羨慕我這裏
